I have mixed emotions about this review. I just recently placed an order for a jacket on the site. Apparently the item I purchased had been incorrectly labeled and was already sold. They reached out and said that they would give me the ability to get another in its place (which was awesome. And I’d still come back and buy from them because of that). However the replacement jacket was supposed to be an XL and I got sent a XXL instead. I live in the U.S. and it would be more difficult to try to “fix it” than to just ride it out.

I was so happy to find American madness, their vintage carhartt gear selection is the best online by far, every piece I’ve bought has a been in A1 condition with minimal scuffs etc , but just the right amount ! Excellent customer service and help when we had shipping issues due to Christmas new year confusion at the post office! Great gear, great guys, can only recommend :)
