This company picked up my friends belongings on May 12 and the things they picked up never arrived at the planned location. Now they won’t answer her phone calls. It’s now June 8th. I told her to call the police. SCAMMERS!!

The representative Mitchel wrote on the contract that my “Deposit fully-Refundable 48 hours Prior to pickup “ however American Plus moving and storage won’t honor it.

Horrendous experience after I payed the…
Horrendous experience after I payed the initial cost for the move. Nothing the sales rep said was true. The movers were unprofessional and they claimed that I owe more money on top of the "guaranteed to not exceed" price the sales rep quoted. Luckily I paid with a credit card and will contest these additional fraudulent charges.

The agent calls repeatedly to try and pressure you to book their services right away and when you try to say anything else or ask additional questions, they hang up immediately!

What a pleasant moving experience with…
What a pleasant moving experience with American Plus Moving! The guys were very professional and well trained from the beginning, they handled my possessions as though they belonged to themselves. They loaded each box and piece of furniture with care. I will certainly recommend American Plus to my friends, this was the best moving experience I have encountered.

I have moved multiple times before but…
I have moved multiple times before but none of the experiences was as effortless from American Plus Moving. It was really easy to get an honest quote from them. The customer service was extremely friendly. But the real bonus were the actual movers. They arrived on time and they were serious from the start. The packed everything up neatly and were off. The delivery was made on time and everything arrived safe and secure. I would use American plus in the future.
