Do NOT...repeat DO NOT buy this scooter!! While it has the potential to be amazing...it's NOT...and the customer service is horrific.

My mother bought this scooter and was sent a faulty charger...but that was not known at first. All we knew was that the batteries didn't charge...which they replaced at no cost but with a $175 shipping charge after ALOT of phone time. They FINALLY sent another charger...which acts differently with regards to lights ( assuming the first was defective?)...but the batteries at this point are no good (by their own definition for maintenance and we had NO ABILITY to maintain them bc the charger, again...presumably...was defective). So...while the charger behaves differently...the batteries are now shot...and they want ANOTHER $365 for a new set of betteries to try with this different charger (because at THIS freaking point the battery warranty is no good). ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

My mother has owned this for 10 months and was able to use it, without issue, for one. Total money spent to date $2600 and NO ability to use for most of those 10 months. She wouldn't let me post on any of this until sure she couldn't get a resolution...but I am now. Please save yourself the aggravation and buy something local for half the price.

Did I mention do NOT buy this product.
