Do not order from this company. They are not honest nor reputable. They failed to ship my order which totaled $33 stating it was delayed. Well 4 months later it was indeed never shipped, took my money then refused to refund my money even though I contacted them numerous times. What kind of company refuses their obligations as a seller? An absolutely despicable company who sent up all kinds of roadblocks to abscond a customers money. Would even ship another order as asked. Took the money and ran. Do not order from these thieves. You have been warned.

I’ve been a customer of Warrior 12 in the past and was initially impressed with the quality of their shirts. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

I placed an order for shirts as Christmas gifts for my wife, but despite ordering well in advance, the items never arrived. There was no meaningful communication about delays, and when I checked the shop, my order was no longer listed, giving the impression that it had been completed. I reached out to customer service multiple times but received no response.

On top of that, I recently discovered that Warrior 12 and American Strong are the same company. While they market themselves as patriotic, American-made brands, the reality is that their shirts are manufactured in South America under NAFTA. This lack of transparency feels misleading, especially for customers who value supporting truly American-made products.

I expected much better from a company I once trusted. The poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading branding have eroded my confidence in both Warrior 12 and American Strong. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend either company, and I won’t be making any future purchases.
