Massively Overcharged and Offered No Assistance
Avoid if you want a fair price. Firstly the movers were late and did not handle the items care. I found out that my actual cost was $1500 more than my quote for 8 extra small items. The people at America First were not helpful at all in the process to explain why or get my money back. Will absolutely never be using this service again

Scammers
I canceled my order within 24 hrs of booking the service and the company is refusing to provide me a refund after they emailed me and said order is cancelled an a refund will be processed. I can't get any straight answers and their supervisor Brandon is rude. This is the worst customer service. When I call I get the run around and they expect me to loose $1953.07. Lesson here is never pay a company or someone you don't know with zelle. The contract states orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs for a 100% refund and I have been waiting for one week now with no answers. I was told when I cancelled refund will be processed within the next billing date but they don't know when that will be. It took 30 seconds to get my money and now I can't get it back

RUN AWAY
RUN AWAY! These are all fake reviews! They lied about us having our own truck, quoted us for $5800 without seeing the inventory after I asked to do a video call. I put a deposit down for $1800 based on that amount. Then 3 days before the move they did the video call and changed it to $15,800. At that point they already had a deposit and I was desperate so I paid an additional deposit of $3500, with a check (luckily I was able to put a stop to it once this happened..) Then the movers contacted me to schedule and they informed me they will be loading things onto their truck and then unloading it all and loading it onto a different truck (NOT WHAT THEY SAID ON THE PHONE, we clearly asked if the truck they are loading our items onto is the truck that will be driving to our new house and they said yes) THEN the movers didn’t even show up! After speaking to Brandon, Jim, mason cruz I’ve come to realize they are all liars and their way of getting business is to quote you low so you put a deposit and they then you the price right before your move so your desperate!
