Poor quality, poor service and overpriced
Spent $15,000 to convert my tub and tile bath/shower to a walk-in shower. The installers did a terrible job and the company who installed the panels refuses to fix their work, claiming it was all a result of my "out of square" bathroom framing. Both side panels have waves or ripples (for lack of a better word) where the ends a butt the drywall. The panel where the shower valve is located bows in the middle and flexes in and out around the shower valve. Instead of notching the panel around the shower pan, they simply cut it off straight then glued and caulked extra peices between the panel and the floor. Everything is crooked, wavy and has caulk slapped all over the place like a 3rd grader did it. I really didn't want to give Kohler LuxStone a bad review but they refuse to acknowledge any responsibility on their part.
