American Web Design Inc should not be in business
American Web Design Inc should not be in business. They are liars. They are very aggressive when trying to win the business. They will call you and insist and promise you the stars. The reality is too far from being true. I spoke with four different people. One Senior manager phillip and three designers. I had to explain the whole project to each and every one of them. They did the mockup, which actually was a clone from another website. They did not follow my instructions at all. I gave them a reference website only as a guide, and they couldn't even follow that. Each designer was clueless of what was required, including the Senior project manager. I requested my reimbursement because clearly, they are not delivering what they promised. American Web Designers Inc/TECHNOFY INC claims they have experience designing real estate websites. They do not have an idea of how the mls/idx integration works. The second designer admitted he had not worked on a real estate website after the project manager Phill told me they had created over 1,000 websites.
This company wants to take advantage of honest people like me. I demand my reimbursement.

I’m sending a letter. I have all the messages emails and text messages from your company. American Web design. I need my money back or my Web design put up as soon as possible. If not, I’ll be in touch and surprise surprise you guys are in for a rude awakening and I even have a recording of me talking to the owner at this point. I’m gonna need my money back or some kind of reimbursement of some kind or some sort or at this point never mind I don’t need anything. My lawyer will be contacting you guys. they are nothing but a bunch of liars and rip off artist especially that guy jacob he shows me a dummy website with spanish words on it and insists that is ok because its only a dummy website then he trys to sell me a domain name and he gives me choices 1,2,3 years and a life time domain for 500.00 and i pick the 2 years for 275.00 and he tells me the better deal is for the 500 and that if i cancel it he will buy it back for 1000 then he tried to talk me into paying for an llc for 1500.00 someething i could get for 100.00 so they got me for 1350.00 and i did a charge back,but only got back 500.00 because the credit card co only goes back a month now. dont wast your money on these scammers' I put a bad review on the bbb along with there other bad ones and they some how took them all off

I originally gave
americanwebdesignersinc a 5 star review however my website got hacked and they charged me $300 to fix it and I immediately paid as I need the website. 2 months later they didn’t fix it and now and then I get a response it will be fixed in 2 days. They usually don’t bother to respond to my texts or emails. We needed this website fixed 2 weeks ago which is 6 weeks after I paid and still nothing. Do they seriously not know how to fix a website that they built. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this is NOT a company you should use to build a website.
