15 minutes mini interview session

15 minutes mini interview session with Dr. Mizani was very useful to know what and how to improve the residency interview performance.

Fantastic Experience!

As an IMG, AmeriClerkships provides the proper foundation in order to apply to residency without leaving aside any gaps.
I just signed up with a few clinical sites and so for I have nothing but great experience - as far as professionalism and thoroughness goes.

The awful experience with Americlerkship.

The most awful and disappointing experience ever.
Americlerkship, after charging me almost 13000 USD, refuses to give me a refund even though the services were not rendered.
They allege that I can "transfer the credit" to a friend or family, as it would a Walmart gift card; making me a passive recruiter for their profit.
The enrollment process was smooth, quick and without any hazard, however, the cancelation process was full of unprofessionalism, lies, and poor customer services (especially from Yakelin Mizani_who I guess beliefs have the right to mistreat the customers because of her relationship with the owner)
If you want to risk your money if you want to take the risk without no guarantee, go ahead and make business with this dishonest company.

Update as of 1/29/2019: Despite the many hurtful online posts under different usernames, this Member is now willingly and happily transferring his AmeriClerkships Credit on File to another person, and AmeriClerkships is fully complying as per our agreement. Despite all that has transpired, we appreciate this Member's cooperation and we wish him the very best in his residency.

Background (THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN FLAGGED AS A DUPLICATE BY THE SAME PERSON AND REPORTED TO TRUSTPILOT): We are certainly sorry and saddened to see this Member's case get to this point. He did receive the product and services he paid for, but simply decided to not take advantage of them nor cooperate to transfer the Credit on File (COF) to a friend (despite agreeing to do so in writing). We want all our Members to secure residencies, which is why when they do (despite the non-refundable & non-changeable nature of this Member's ‘Controlled Clinical Blocks’) we absorbed 100% of the cost of their enrollment by offering COF. This member read, acknowledged and agreed to the above by signing our Enrollment Agreement (containing our change policies in bold letters), and approved his Postgraduate Subinternship clinical blocks (CB) from the same IP address. The signed agreement clearly identifies CBs as ‘final sale’, which this Member read before making payment. Once payment was made and agreement signed, we began work on his CB, meaning 1) This Member owned that CB so it was immediately taken off the market, AND 2) Several other requests for the same CB were rejected, AND 3) Any changes that can be made on CBs are very limited, and even 30 days before the CB is scheduled to begin, not all changes can be accommodated, especially refunds. This Member is fully entitled to partial COF due to his residency Match, as he expressly agreed to in the agreement which he signed. He even followed proper procedures in verifying his residency position with us, as indicated in the agreement he signed with us; it was only after the COF was issued that he demand for a full refund, which he had already agreed was not the case on 4/10/18 with signing of agreement and payment, and reaffirmed on 4/12/18 with another payment and by phone with our operations manager and accounting manager on future dates. We encouraged this Member to adhere to the agreement he acknowledged, read and signed, and to take advantage of the AmeriClerkships COF we offered him (which at this point, he can transfer to an equally qualified friend).

Dr. Mizani - AmeriClerkships The Only Team One Needs to become an MD.

I have been with Dr. Mizani and Americlerkships since my graduation in 2013. I did not match out of school, after 2 externships for IM/FM in Jacksonville, FL I had 13 interviews, and pre-matched 2014.

The meticulous reviewing of myEras application, PS, mock interviews, with the strategic application moves is by far the best advice I could ever imagine.

Do not cheat yourselves out of your dream career. I pulled out of my first residency for medical reasons but I know Dr. Mizani and his team will help my reentry. I will update my reviews as I get interviews for the non-believers but I assure you, this is a great if not THE BEST program, good people, GOOD WELL MEANING human beings.

God bless you Dr. Mizani, Tim, and team.
MJV.

Update as of 1/29/2019: TrustPilot is a site to build trust and integrity through a vendor's response to authentic reviews. Despite our multiple attempts to identify and get in touch with 'Pushpa Singh' to correct anything that may have caused him/her to feel this way, 'Pushpa' has not identified himself/herself to us. Additionally, 'Pushpa Singh' is not in any of our systems: meaning we have never communicated or provided any services to a 'Pushpa Singh'. As a final effort to authenticate this reviewer, we invite 'Pushpa Singh' to forward any proof of service or communication to info@acmedical.org, and if they are someone who has worked with us, we will do whatever is needed to make things right. 'Pushpa Singh' if you are reading this: we invite you to try AmeriClerkships for FREE at https://www.acmedical.org/try-us-for-free/, to see if you still feel the same way. Thank you.
