Hershey's chips but where are the kisses?

I needed chocolate chips and Hersheys kisses for my family Christmas cookies. So happy to find these special American products online in the Netherlands. I ordered both and got a confirmation. But when the box arrived only chips! No kisses. I wrote urgently to the company and got no personal reply. I went online and saw kisses not available. There is NO phone number to call. I got an automated message that I would get a refund and it came a few days later. But no personal contact. I was happy to have the chips but this caused me alot of stress and had to disappoint my family with no peanut butter kisses.

Hi Barbara, we never send automated replies to our customers. You always get a personal reply. I in fact shared a personal email that the kisses were unfortunately sold out and couldn't be shipped. You've received a refund the same day and I gave you tips for where else you can get the Hershey's Kisses.

For good reason, always check this Company

Very clear website, excellent service. I made a mistake with the delivery address, accidentally combined a UK and NL address. They noticed this abnormality and emailed me, asking for clarification before they send my order. Very happy with the delivery and most importantly, their competitive pricing.

Poor / no communication

Poor / no communication. I placed my order & received confirmation but my order was not shipped and I received no update information. Only when I queried them for an update did they refund me without explanation, just strange.

Absolutely unacceptable experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order and waited over three weeks, and still did not receive the correct items. I own businesses both in London and Romania, and I will be filing complaints on every possible platform.

What I finally received had nothing to do with what I ordered – and definitely not American sweets as advertised. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Completely unprofessional and misleading. You’ve lost a serious customer.
