Extremely bad customer support
They basically rip you off if you come from a cruise ship. Overnight stay for a local is $880 but for a person on a cruise it's $2500 cash. That is for a bare bones room with no medical equipment in it. It is not a nice place to stay. It seems like they don't run the ac at night as it was extremely humid and warm in our room. The floor was soaked with moisture and was dangerously slippery. Don't stay there unless you must, you will not be happy. It's nothing at all like a US hospital. On top of that I am trying to get a copy of the bill to submit to my insurance for reimbursement and so far am being ignored. Amazingly bad customer service for a hospital. Update: It now weeks later and they will not respond to my request for a copy of my bill which should have been provided to me when I was there.
