Initially I was pleased w/your service although I was surprised at the lack of follow-up which was even more important when things began to fall apart. Everything went smoothly in the beginning. I promptly replied and sent in all paperwork as required. The problem was when I was actually supposed to receive the funds. I was told they were surprised, it wasn't pushed thru to the end of March, on my paperwork, said funds were dispersed 4/9, then I was told there was a hold up w/filing w/the state (NOTE: I signed all paperwork w/notary on 3/28! Then I should have received the funds by last week. Then I should have received the funds today 4/14. When nothing was in my acct this am, I wrote a letter to the guys handling my account and reached out to their supervisor. When I did NOT hear back from the supervisor, I called the VP of the company. Amazingly I heard from the supervisor about 1 1/2 hrs later, apologizing and giving me the same BS line about it being filed in the state of VA and that the funds should be in my account. SURPRISE, there they were. Interstingly enough when I checked w/my bank they just happened to be deposited about 30 min before he called me!!! I still have NOT received the other things I was supposed to get from FEDEX so that should be interesting as payments are do within the next 2 wks.

The communication was great. They returned calls the same day. Sometimes, not until the end of the day, but I always heard back.

My first contact person with AmeriSave was almost too persistent, however he worked with/for me throughout the process. He made sure most of the promises he made were honored. The second person I worked with, the loan processor, wasn’t as good. I had to read everything she put together and watch the numbers diligently. I probably refused 4-5 closing disclosures because there were extra charges that we had not discussed. Then the actual closing had to be rescheduled 3 times because 1. There was an emergency at the law office, 2. I didn’t receive the documents until the morning of the closing and couldn’t get them read prior to signing, 3. I had to ask for a couple of days to read over the next set of loan documents. The title company they chose was 6 hours away from me, and they couldn’t find a notary in the town I live in, so I had to drive over an hour for the signing. Lastly the debts that were supposed to be paid off at closing (or funding) have not been paid yet and the funding went through about 36 hours ago.

From the moment I met with AmeriSave's associates, Thomas Masella and Michael McBride, I knew I was in good hands to complete my HELOC application and processing. Great Experience!!! Even better, a lady named, Joni Fischer-Hietala, Notary, came to my home and assisted me in signing all the documents. She was fast, concise and personable. Like I said, Great Experience!!!

Ease of process and closing . Only slight complaint of call backs not consistent.

So far it was easy and painless but still have issues to resolve.

I had a very very pleasant experience with the company that's why I called again the staff of Mr Tyler Stickey,Miss Brooke Lanster and I did speak with a Marie 1x very professional kind and knowledgeable employees They really explain and help with the tech information which I was clueless but they guided me through and use how I could get the information to them and it made the process easy for me I have worked with several companies over the years but knowing how to treat customers and appreciate your business goes a long way and I felt very happy going through this process I wanted my payment a little less but that wasn't their fault I will always recommend this company to others

My questions were answered in a timely and easy to understand way. The staff kept me updated daily through emails and phonecalls and made my experience with Amerisave pleasant.

My experience with AmeriSave has been so rewarding for a few reasons. First I was skeptical about the market to provide total customer service remotely, since they are not located in my area and secondly the competent and professional people handling business transactions were amazing - as if the company was present locally. AmeriSave worked tirelessly for me even on the weekends providing the most reliable and valuable information including top notch customer service support making me feel like I was their only customer no matter what time I reach out to them they answered all my concerns and questions. AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation truly has some exceptional staff members such as loan officer Joshua Jackson and loan processor Amanda Nichols.

I have applied for loans and refinanced properties many times in the past with various lenders, but none of them compares to the simply "OUTSTANDING" service that I received from AmeriSave from start to finish.

Applied for a loan on March 31st, loan approved on April 2nd, signed closing documents on April 8th, funds dispersed April 13th....
