On Friday I decided to go to Ameristar Casino & Hotel in Gary Indiana, I received information that Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, it was double jackpot if you win $5,000 or less, when I entered the machines were let up like it was Christmas, there were japots in the floors of 2nd & 3rd, really large jackpots, come to find out from an employee he explained that Ameristar had invited gamers from different City's to participate in this, well, let me tell you they were playing $ 100- 700 a pull, it was jackpots on each floor in every stretch of the casino, these were people lots of them that had I ever seen, 4 guys jackpots were 5 each ranging from $10,000 to $5,000 out of these 4 guys they got a total of $50,000 that night, it was like the machines were programed, then upstairs, they where winning $25,000 5 people, this casino had never paid like this in my history of casino visits, all the money we as loyal customers had built these jackpots up for months were just spreaded like dust in the air to these high rollers from other states, it was( a slap in our face) the regulars were very angry, if the didnt have over $ 300,000 IN JACKPOTS THEY DIDNT HAVE $5.00. WELL went Saturday and there was an announcement that due to the casino allowing these extra large payouts, and they went back to there City's on Saturday, we had to suffer the loyal customer's because they had over budget so the jackpots of double payout was canceled for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We'll they should be ashamed of they way they treated regular customers and then gave us no chance of redemption of even catching a japot to get double. By the way the jackpots are so few the paper that they supply telling which slots hit only had half a sheet, so then they come from out of town, take our jackpots, after months of agony and lost and cancell on us poor little customers. They are filing class action suits and I will be a part. THIS WAS A SLAP IN THE FACE!!!!

Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.

I was going nuts,couldn’t access my funds b ut Ravinloops came through and I got my funds back

I have had the compressor replaced twice and 2 capacitors.. I’ve had issues with this unit within 2 months of purchasing home .. the associates are rude no one wants to assist or take responsibility in faulty system.. every year it goes out for something now it’s the compressor again and they won’t assist ..health at risk and they do not care

Ameristar is a SCAM!

I am not able to get them. None of their support works. I have lot of money invested. Does anyone know their phone number where I can reach them.

What a great staff when they really didn't have to. Made sure I received the help I needed to resolve my problem outside the casino. THANK AGAIN

CROOKS! STAY AWAY!

I opened a CD with Ameristar in 2-24. They stopped posting monthly interest in June. Numerous texts, emails, and phone calls have not been returned. Now their phone is "unavailable." Beware.

I purchased a new business which came with Ameristar unit, which was installed in 02/24. 1st week after moving in the AC broke down. I contacted the installing dealer who goes by the name of Alex and his company "Cool baby A/C" who refused to honor the continuation of warranty.
Got another diagnostic and Had the mother board replaced, which also got refried again, they told me all sensors were bad and had to be ordered through china which can take another 2-4 weeks. Paid $500 for labor and travel.
Had another authorized dealer recommended by Ameristar who apparently ordered another mother board 2 weeks ago and no word from them either.
Right now I have no other option but to replace the unit with a new unit since no one seems to take responsibility including the installing dealer or Ameristar. Had to close my clinic due to extreme heat and humidity w/o the A/C.
If you want to save money and have peace of mind please go with any other company but Ameristar.
Ameristar Units are ALL very bad quality. Its impossible to get a knowledgeable technician out who can diagnose the issue. I wish there was a way to provide negative stars. Never had such a bad experience.

Run. Same guy as did the Driver Loan Investment Club. Look up the CFPB case. This guy belongs in jail. Several people have called the banks he supposedly works with and they said they have no record of him. It's taken us a good 4 years to get our money back. I really hope Angelo Sargent goes to prison and has a bunkmate/boyfriend named Bubba.

Here we go again, try to flag the person's honest review and if that does not work, reply with a truck load of lies and false accusations. Every reply you guys post to suppress my reviews, you add a bunch of more lies. Right now you have so many lies packaged in that it sounds downright ridiculous. Before coming up with your bunch of lies that includes mentioning about identity theft, at least check that my identity has already been verified by Trustpilot with my ID. You can post any garbage about anybody on your website, nobody cares, it's your website, are you guys that dumb or you think all other folks in this world are that dumb ? Goes to show that when you keep lying continuously, you easily expose yourself.

You guys threatened me with litigation earlier and now you guys mentioned filing police reports. I off course know those are big fat lies but if it turns out to be true, you guys would be doing me a big favor. I have all the evidence that I need via our email conversations to expose your lies. Now go try and flag this review, let's see how that goes for you.
