Not what it used to be, stay away!!!
This was the company I used for car insurance reduction in the past but the experience this time was very different. I understand that they want to prevent fraud so at any given moment you get pop up quizzes on what you have read and also personal questions but when I answer my personal question and for some reason they mark it wrong or when I take a bit more time to think about the answer, they mark it wrong and after 2-3 attempts they lock you out of the course completely. You need to contact customer service to get the code to re-register and start the entire course all over-I had to do it twice already! I cannot begin to tell you how many hours I have already lost and I'm not even half way there. If you value your time, I highly recommend that you consider another course. I might cut my losses in terms of cost and time and start another course altogether.
