I ordered a custom Amiga1200.
It arrived in less than a quarter of the estimated time. Build quality is top-level. The computer looks and feels like fresh out of the factory - not even that first-time removal of some protective foil could have made the experience more "new". They even went and got me a keyboard with a German layout from ebay - that's the level of dedication you get!
But aside from the perfect build, the neat packaging and the quick delivery, what got me most was the support.
No question unanswered, no wish unfulfilled. After at least 70-80 emails back and forth (I am very sorry, reading this number myself!!) I didn't have the feeling of communicating with a shop, but with a long time buddy, who shared my interest and had just so much more insight in the topic than me.
Never in the last 20~ years of shopping I met such friendly and competent people.

I ordered an A1200 and it sort of blew me away how well it was put together and how much thought and care went into the drive image. It came basically ready to run as a dream machine - something that would have taken me ages. I loved it so much I turned around and order a custom C64 as well and it was fabulous too. Very responsive and does very high quality work. Excellent shipping and communications and just very easy to work with and overall pleasent experience.

The guy is very responsive and the machine is squeaky clean and has been turned on for a good 24 hours. The case didnt get any hotter after one hour so i doubt any soldering is bad or will melt or burn.

Ordered a whole lot of Commodore 64 stuff (including a keyboard, tape drive), I'm in Australia. It all arrived in perfect condition and all excellent quality.

I ordered 4x reproduction 5.25" Disk Drive Head Vibration protectors. When I received them they look nothing like what was advertised, same shape but that's about it. I thought I was buying something that looked similar to the original that was pictured instead I got advertising material. I could have bought 1x original C64 protector for the price of this false advertising material. These are going where they belong, into the bin and I will go back to using cut out cerial boxes. Absolutely disgusting. I would never shop there again out of fear that a totally different item to what was advertised would be sent to me.
$60Aud pissed down the drain when I could have spent $30Aud on an original 80's protector which is the look i was hoping to achieve, no wonder they were on sale. I have to give it to ami64, that was a good way to palm them off to the unsuspecting general public.
If something seems too good to be true that's because it often is. That old scam.

picked up the Amiga public domain/coverdisk discs from their shop. the discs come in very nice disc cases and the collection of PD and Coverdisks from old Amiga magazines is extensive. the shop contact was quick to answer my questions and delivery time to Australia was super fast

What an amazing service. Bought an accelerator card to replace my old aging one for my A1200 and was extremely pleased when the postman handed it to me two weeks later. Great communication from my initial query. Great so see an excellent company like this one out there serving our retro community.

Very quick shipping after ordering. Took a good long while to get to me in Sweden, and got "stuck" in customs but other than that it was perfect! :-)

These guys provide a service for anyone like myself who does not have the time to sit down get out the soldering iron purchase and receive the components and build a controller for a 32 year old commodore console. Hats off brilliant job works a treat, thanks AMI64😃
