I've been with Amica for many years now. They have allways been responsive to any concerns or questions I've had, they take care of both my auto and homeowner policies. One of my favorite things about Amica is that when, after a long day, sitting on the couch going over mail, email etc, a question comes to mind, I pick up the phone and there's allways someone there, happy to answer whatever question I have well after business hours and I've never talked to anyone of their staff who wasn't both helpful and friendly as though they were glad to hear from me. I find the customer service at Amica is really second to none. I get ads from insurance companies all the time, I ignore all of them, I'm very happy to be here with Amica

It’s always a great experience working with Amica. Amica’s agents are always so knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and just great problem solvers. Clients don’t get shuffled around from department to department. Whoever is assigned to work with me always follows the job through from start to finish, and your agents are great at explaining each step in the process, which is so reassuring. Under the most stressful circumstances, Amica is great to work with.

Knowledgeable personnel and ease of doing business with the company. Follow up was excellent. I ‘ve been recommending them to my friends as well.

The Insurance agent was easy to deal with he was theral making sure I understood the policy also talked about other discounts that saved me much cash. I'm not sure about customers service or claimed as I never had a reason to contact either one

When moving to Amica Insurance they made it easy. Their pricing was good and they helped made all along the way.

We have an annuity payout through AMICA Life insurance, and the funds are NEVER deposited on the date of the contract agreement. The delay varies from two to six days per month. This has been going on for more than a year. They initially attributed the delay to our bank, but in good faith, we investigated and discovered that this was a falsehood. (A lie)

Each representative provided a distinct justification for the delayed processing of the funds. Stephanie initially offered one explanation, but her supervisor Arista Boule subsequently presented a completely different rationale, attributing the issue to a computer glitch, which was yet another falsehood.

Customer service representatives Stephanie and her supervisor fail to genuinely address this issue. Their approach is merely a superficial attempt to end the conversation, demonstrating a dismissive attitude.

AMICA had no issue holding onto our funds for investment purposes, but now when it is time to pay out, they do not adhere to their own agreement or contract.

Please exercise caution and consider investing elsewhere. BEWARE…

Very reliable insurance but high in rates and will easily drop you for small reasons

I appreciate that whenever I call, there is a rep that is friendly and helpful. I have been dealing with Joia quite a bit since a recent move and she has been extremely thorough, patient, knowledgeable and informative.

Very smooth transaction changing from old policy holder and a great quote on my new policy, Easy to get answers when needed

The app uses too much space and then even when I'm not driving I've had it say I was.

Great customer service. The Hover app made things easy too

Although a little more expensive than other companies the customer service is above and beyond and most agents I speak with are compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable.
