I recently purchased a jumper for my son as a Christmas present. They sent out the wrong one. I got intouch with the store through instagram. They got back to me straight away. Firstly they apologised, then offered a replacement and since it was so close to Christmas.. they told me to keep the first jumper they sent out. This company couldn’t do enough for me. Their customer service is first class (when I gave my son his presents and told him what happened, he informed me the chap had a bereavement a week or 2 before Christmas🥺) but this small Irish business still made it their business to get the right jumper to me. I was so grateful. I can’t recommend them enough for quality, price and most of all customer service 👌🏼
