Been with them for 20 years. Always remind us when service is due. Easy to book service. Arrive on time, polite, pleasant do the job. One one occasion when there was a fault came immediately to fix it

Really good service from beginning to end. The office staff were very helpful and explained everything very clearly. The gentleman who installed the system was very polite and gave us sound advice as to what we needed. He also explained how the new system works in straight forward terms.

The takeover from the previous security provider to Amiga was seamless. The same for initiation of the new Amiga contract and the initial site visit and service

The team at Amiga are brilliant. I have recently moved home and notified them of the move, they asked if I wished to stay with them or have the system disconnected. I chose to stay with Amiga because of the service provided and their response to any questions I have had during the time with them. Their engineers are polite friendly and knowledgeable, on installation day at the new house it was chaos as I had people decorating. I completely forgot that Matt the engineer was coming, but he was brilliant he worked around what we were doing and probably spent more time with us than he should.
A first class service I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with Amiga. The engineer on the original visit reluctantly advised replacement of my 30 year old system. Quote came through same day and was very competitive. Install took place within a week. The engineers who installed it were very thorough and clean throughout the install, they explained the various ways to operate the system. The monthly cost for maintenance, parts and labour is very good. I highly recommend this company.

The team is clear on upfront and on-going cost and they are very competitive. Cost is simple to understand you do select what you want based on your need and your own views as well as the experience which the team is happy to share with you.

The installer was clear and very professional. They took time covering options, explaining the workings of the systems we selected and taking us through scenarios to help us visualise. They also helped us tailor our set up to the pets we do have at home.

Have been a customer of Amiga for a few years now and they’ve never let me down. Professional and friendly company. I took out the monthly maintenance which has been a godsend - gives me peace of mind.

After having several "big" named security companies manage our office alarm system and consistently being disappointed with their service and their technology (the alarm was constantly firing off on the weekends and consistently not being able to set the alarm without a reset on the way home) we decided to move and to try out someone with actual premises based in Kent. The service from all of the team at Amiga has been sensational, their engineers made our transition smooth and explained all of the technology clearly to all of our team when on site. We had calls from their office team prior installation, after installation and a couple of weeks later to ensure everything was running well and it was a nice change to know that real people in an actual office premise based in the county our offices are in actually cared how their system was running and to hear any feedback from us. I would highly recommend Amiga Alarms if you are in need to an alarm but also hold a high regard for customer service

Engineer arrived on time and fully explained the system before he began installation. He was very helpful and friendly. Much cheaper than out previous system with a national company. Five star!

Really happy with my new house alarm. The guys who came out were excellent. So friendly and prompt and informative. I feel so much safer when I leave my home now and when I go to bed setting the alarm. Already have my neighbours on board too. My mum recommended and I will definitely tell others too.
