Upon our arrival at the hotel, we encountered an unexpected issue with the check-in process. Unfortunately, the third-party service, Amimir, with whom we were associated, had not paid the hotel, leading to a delay in our check-in. Multiple calls to Amimir were necessary to rectify the situation, resulting in a frustrating three-hour wait. Complicating matters, my wife was pregnant, and the hotel displayed a lack of helpfulness and poor customer service during this challenging time.

Despite Amimir's assurance of no additional costs, we discovered undisclosed hotel taxes and fees not mentioned in the initial reservation but revealed in the booking confirmation. Upon contacting Amimir about the oversight and the extended check-in ordeal, they were uncooperative and unwilling to provide any compensation.

To exacerbate the situation, the Amimir agent we spoke with exhibited a passive-aggressive attitude instead of offering assistance and improving the overall client service experience. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and we are disappointed with the lack of support and transparency from both Amimir and the hotel.

Hadn't heard of Amimir.com before this booking, but the price was really really good, after booking it I had a little panic as I saw some negative reviews, but all was good with our booking and I thank Amimir.com for saving us minimum £35 per night.

Amimir has been a very lucky find i live in the uk and normally use booking.com Hotel.com etc but my first search will always be Amimir so helpful and totally on the ball , already booked for 2024 so a very happy customer and recommend using them .

Good rate for room. They found the cheapest room in the hotel ( I think not advertised even) but it was not very different from the one my friends got from booking.
They called me when I abandoned the booking process for a couple of minutes (I was distracted) and asked if they can assist me with the process. That was very nice of them.

Looking for a hotel for our holidays in turkey, amimir offered two options, the standard double at €889 or upgraded triple €1346, checked hotel website and found the only triple room was swim up room,
Booked the triple with amimir, checked details to try and confirm with the hotel, guess what, no room booked, after weeks of emails and phone calls, eventually hotel confirms its a standard double bookied in our name, not the triple swim up, not even a triple, they’ve booked a standard double, exactly what they had advertised for €889.
Contacted amimir, response was “prove it, have you got screenshots, we are only the booking company, we don’t have details of what was offered to you” it seems this company takes your money then goes looking for the cheapest room possible.
Having booked for years with the big names like hotels.com, booking, agoda, this has turned into a nightmare with amimir, book safe and book with the bigger more reliable companies.
