I have made my first order from this shop. Among other products, I ordered 4 x 1kg SELF Micro Whey Active Stevia. I don't know if the taste of this brand is really so awful or if the product was spoiled (possibly), but it was the very first time I had to return something because of disgusting taste! It was not bad, it was an abomination!
When I first emailed them, I was ignored. So I returned the product with Matkahuolto. I sent the 3 sealed products, + the opened one, so they can investigate, as I would anyway throw it to waste. I did not demand for all 4 of them, as the 3 were the sealed ones, but I expected they would try themselves the opened one and do it because... professionalism!
Nope! They did not do it! They just refused the 3 of them! And that was my first and last time with this company! :)
