Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars:

I may have overreacted due to the stress this caused me. It's a good tool, but I just wish they had been more thorough. I'm sure there are people who are still unaware that they are building on the old platform, those who don't have time to check promotional emails (Aminos' email is categorized on my Gmail as promotions due to the regular updates so I don't bother to check - that's my bad, if I had, I would have known), Skool (not everyone joins this), and maybe other channels on their socials.

The best place for updates especially platform transition is within the old platform itself, like a banner or notification. This is pretty standard for all the platforms I've used. Easier to spot.

I would recommend adding this to the old platform just in case there are poor souls there like me who are still using it unwittingly.

But in any case, it's a nice tool and support is pretty responsive when they are able to help. I just left a 1 star review before after my comment on Skool was immediately removed for simply complaining about this (I wasn't even angry, just pointing out the oversight), I don't think anyone would take that happily, censorship and all.

How I would improve things if I were the CS rep/tech:

1. acknowledge the problem
2. Offer a possible solution

But what I received was:

1. acknowledged the problem
2. no solution provided since we already announced this months ago

I was left feeling stuck and without any recourse.

Only after leaving a review did I get an offer for a solution, but too late now since I already rebuilt everything I need on the new platform, which took time, but I'm probably not going to use it actively anymore.

Still would recommend using it, it's an active community and active developers, you just might need to join all of their platforms (Skool, FB, newsletter) so you don't miss out on any critical updates as I have.

Software has been up and running and upgrading for years. Also the value of the courses are amazing

If what you are looking for is a easy to use system to create a basic AI aided chatbot for your own website this is a very good system.
However, if reselling chatbots for big $ setup fees and hundreds $ per month as advertised by Aminos, you're in for a big disappointment

The idea behind Aminos AI is outstanding. I didn't know how to build a chatbot before or what they actually do. Amino AI has given me the knowledge to build chatbots and how to use them to help website owners do better with their businesses.

The chatbot is very easy to build. Uptime is 99.99% and responds very fast. The AI is able to answer complex questions and continues to improve. Excellent and fast customer service from Aminos. Room for improvements are more capacity for instructions and training. 500K limit is a bit low for medium to large business websites. Also, it will be great if the AI has capabilities to use website tools such as schedule appointments, automatic sms txt follow ups, send auto mass emails from emails obtain from the chatbot, etc.

Aminos is a great Chatbot system that offers you levels of growth. It includes a community of supporting and knowledge sharing people so your path towards your goals is practically granted. A great experience that allows you, with some work and learning, to taste success.

Great product for the price with a great community behind it!

My experience so far is excellent, it's just not always intuitive to do some stuff around. sometime you lose chatbot because your site don't get enough trafic and call of the bot. No backup exist so too bad , you lose all your work and no email warning is send about the expiration of the chatbot either... That should be an option to get warn if a bot is on the verge of been deleted.... that the only part that actually piss me off...
