Order no #58337 . I am writing this review to strongly warn others against ordering from Ammaari Stones. Our experience with them was deeply frustrating and revealed a serious lack of professionalism and integrity.

We ordered 22m² of Himalayan White patio slabs, but instead received a different product — Mountain White, which is clearly listed as a separate item on their own website, with a different shade and price. The pallet also arrived damaged, raising concerns about broken tiles inside.

Here’s where it gets worse: Ammaari Stones' own policy states that delivery must be inspected in the presence of the driver, who should confirm any issues and obtain a signature to confirm acceptance of the goods.

We were present at delivery and asked the driver to stay while we inspected the pallet, as per policy. He refused, ignored our request, got in his vehicle, and drove off — without asking for or receiving any signature. That means we never officially accepted the delivery, and the company cannot claim otherwise.

We immediately contacted Ammaari Stones to request urgent redelivery and collection of the incorrect goods. They refused to deliver before the following Tuesday — too late for our project schedule — so we cancelled the order based on non-fulfilment and breach of delivery protocol.

Despite all this, they later told us that the slabs are “the same” and only named differently — a claim clearly disproven by their own website, where Himalayan White and Mountain White are listed separately, with different photos and pricing. This is misleading and unfair to the customer.

After cancellation, they still demanded £162 (£81 each way) to collect the incorrect pallet — even though they failed to follow their own delivery procedures and we never signed for it.

This is a clear failure of responsibility and an attempt to shift the burden onto the customer. Ammaari Stones shows no accountability, no care for proper service, and no willingness to follow the rules they themselves have set.

I strongly urge others not to trust this company. They operate on shaky ground — and once they’ve delivered, they leave you stuck with the consequences.

UPDATE – 16 SEPTEMBER 2025

I cannot reply directly to the company’s response, so I am addressing it here.

The pallet was never collected and I did not receive a refund — I only recovered the money via a chargeback. The tiles were the wrong color/product, and the pallet was damaged and unchecked, as per their own policy.

A professional company would have offered a quick solution, but instead they delayed, avoided responsibility, and made false claims. It’s shocking that a company would ignore its own policy, refuse accountability, and lie publicly.

After being let down by another supplier, I needed a pallet of bricks urgently. Ammaari were able to supply them, with Saturday fully tracked delivery. Thanks for saving the day!

Slabs delivered late by delivery company a total of x9 900x600 slabs cracked in half and one 600x600 slab in half, followed the reclaim procedure asi wastold by the company sent multiple emails but nothing. Soon take £1200 for the order but no help atall if any is damaged had no replys atall to eamails or claim and had to buy more slabs from anther company to finish the job i will never use this company again nustone are professional and aim to help the custo.er these are a joke

After being let down by a different supplier we decided to give Amaari Stones a try. The service we received was fantastic. Our paving slabs were delivered quickly, on the requested day and are in perfect condition. We were also super impressed with the delivery driver. We live on a tight road which was partially blocked by another workman’s van (who refused to move!). The driver could have made us reschedule the delivery but he used his pallet truck to get our order to us instead. I would definitely recommend this company!

Do not waste your time. They refused to help after delivery company failed to deliver to do so blaming delivery company, and on speaking to the manager who was as rude as it gets refused to resolve and after weeks told us to just cancel the order. Refunded after subtracting nearly £1k for their failure to deliver! Stay far away from this company!

I have been in communication with Kieran over bricks on the phone over a number of phone calls and he has been incredibly helpful in sourcing the appropriate bricks to match my existing brickwork. There communication has been exemplary and I ordered 2000 bricks and everything has gone smoothly. I recommend ammaari as they are also very competitive pricing.

Of course payed and money went through perfect for them
Delivery not great : first they left pallet on the footpath instead on my driveway
Second : 4 slabs (900x600 ) in middle of pallet brocken , so i was left down as i couldnt finish my patio top of that have to pay the worker as well and didnt finish the work cos of short slabs
I emailed three times with photos
I called 20 times and spoken 5 times and nothing helped not any refund or and delivery
They keep telling me will email you bla bla but nothing at all
They are terrible in communication ( they are great when you order of course

I am not happy and patio its delayed

Been trying to contact them more than 10 times via calls or email. No answer for over 2 weeks from customer service. Very rude when they did so
I wanted to return half a pallet because the quality of the slabs was appalling (you could not even cut them they would explode/break).
Finally they tell me that I cannot return because the original packaging was open and they cannot accept excess slabs. Appalling response, zero customer service.
Worst tiles company in the UK by a mile,

No answer for 15 days, said it went to spam. 10 tiles were damaged/came with defect. I am still awaiting the solutions. We ordered the number we required, and now they want to refund which is great but us re-ordering will mean we will have to pay more. Nice try but we want the original goods that we were expecting.

Awful company avoid and go elsewhere. After running my own landscape company for many years I decided to change my supplier just once for an extension to an existing project, they offered the fastest delivery. Massive mistake. I have never seen such a disgusting pile of shite turn up. Over 60% damages, sandstone layed horizontal on a damaged pallet which left the bottom 15 slabs in several pieces. After saying to the driver not to leave without them as I could see through the shite cling film the damages, he said he couldn't and to call. I called immediately and was bounced from one person to the next, told id be called back but never was. I sent emails with evidence but they couldn't care less. Made several promises to fix the issue but it was all lies, they had no intention to fix with any care or urgency.

Til this day there pallet of patio is sat waiting they have ignored my request to remove and refund the pallet.

I will instruct my solicitor to take action after the alloted time has passed but urge people and companies to stay away, go elsewhere there are better options. I will never use this company again.

I ordered some porcelain and was supposed to be delivered on the 23 and 2 days later still nothing I tried to contact them regarding to delivery but I cannot get hold of anybody

You always hope that things will work out when you do this sort of thing on line ... not in this case. We cancelled this order, for personal and care reasons, the day after we ordered. Nearly 1Ks worth of tiles. Free delivery was NOT FREE if you cancel the order even if you are within the statutory 14 days of cooling off ... why? ... because it had already been dispatched. Ten days of phone calls, emails, excuses, being gaslighted and lied to and still no sign of a refund, even a partial. So if you cancel you will be told that it's already been dispatched and will have to pay the delivery charge of 250 quid. Checked distance selling rules on gov.uk ... they are crooks so my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I was a little bit wary reading some of the negative reviews but this company were the only ones I could find that had slabs matching our existing paving. After making the order I called in to ask them to make sure that there were no damages on the pallet of slabs I ordered as we needed the exact number that came on the pallet. The customer service representative was very helpful and assured me he would put a note on the system for the to double check before dispatching. They arrived on time, well packaged with no damage at all. To be honest I could not have been happier with the service from this company.

AVOID - don’t waste your time!

Ordered porcelain flags on Wednesday and paid for delivery for the Friday, which did not turn up. I then paid extra for delivery on the Saturday as we had landscapers booked in which I explained to the customer service who ensured delivery would arrive Saturday by 12pm. Again, delivery did not arrive.
Contacted customer service again on Monday to be told they can get them to us by Tuesday.
I was originally told order was dispatched and problem lies with delivery to then to be told order hasn’t been dispatched.
I have now cancelled my order and do NOT recommend this company.

Not a good experience , spent £1500 on stones, had 2 failed deliveries and then charged me £60 to make a 3rd delivery split over 2 days, I wanted to cancel and they then wanted to charge me £300 to cancel for stones that I have never received, god knows where they come up with this number and how they get away with it, I agreed to the £60 delivery and have only had 1 of deliveries so far, customer service was helpful, but their courier service is not the best.

I received a delivery today. On the expected day. Delivery service was excellent. Kept up to date on the arrival of the order. Absolutely delighted.

Dreadful company. Driver couldn’t deliver £1k worth of garden tiles as couldn’t turn into a standard terraced street in a huge vehicle. Only option offered by carrier was to drop at end of street. Within just 10 minutes my Builders kindly agreed to transport tiles up to property piecemeal despite considerable workload but driver just left and was unresponsive to multiple calls to return. Chased Ammaari for two days with countless calls and emails only to be quoted their t&cs along with a £120 fee for redelivery on another date or over £293+ to cancel order. Awful customer service and disgusting treatment of customers. Stay well away.

I have dealt with Yousef at Amarri stones several times over the past few months..The service has been excellent ..customer service second to none. The quality of the slabs top rate. I highly recommend using them nothing was to much trouble

Item was as described. Fast delivery and no broken slabs. Staff were quick to help when I wanted to alter my order.

The price was competitive against other suppliers. I've used another before but they didn't have stock in. So gave Ammaari a try.

Took delivery today, all on time and very happy. Thanks a lot 👍
