I visited the Ammar's Fragrances branch at St Stephen's in Hull and had a fantastic experience! My friend Azzam works there and helped me find the perfect scent. The fragrances here are incredibly high-quality and long-lasting. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Azzam if you want top-tier service and amazing recommendations!

I went to Ammars fragrances in Nottingham city centre last week looking for some gifts for friends, I was greeted by Muhammad, who was very helpful in showing me various different options that were available, as well as different gift sets. Overall, the staff were very helpful, and had some amazing fragrances in stock. The site was also very nice and well kept

Lost £230
I ordered 3 perfumes from them and they came broken and leaked and even cut my hands when i opened it i was so angry i tried to call them the day i received but they didnt pick the call and even emailed them on that day and i discarded the the broken glasses and i got reply 4-5 days after and they asked me for evidence and i sent them videos, it was more damaged then i received and they replied it wasn’t enough sufficient evidence like i sent them clear video i dont know what they wanted from it was very bad service and i lost £230 for nothing i dont recommend this to anyone. I dont want anyone to lose money for nothing do your research before buying anything online. And i dint get refund or anything. I even said i will return these but no they just said no

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
To provide some context, your initial email was sent over the weekend when our customer service team was closed. We responded on the next working business day as soon as our team returned.
As with all damage claims, we asked for sufficient evidence so we could investigate with the courier and verify the issue. Unfortunately, during our correspondence you repeatedly advised that you no longer had the damaged bottles or any photos/videos because they had been discarded. Later in the conversation, you informed us that you had retrieved the bottles from the bin and subsequently provided photographs.
When we reviewed the images, there were a number of inconsistencies that meant we were unable to verify the claim with confidence. Some of the images also appeared to have been edited, making it impossible for us to rely on them as evidence for a damage claim.
Despite these concerns, and as a gesture of goodwill, we still issued a £40 refund to try to reach a fair resolution. This was unfortunately not mentioned in your review.
We always take genuine transit damage seriously and resolve valid claims where sufficient evidence is available. We believe we acted fairly throughout this matter, responded within our normal business hours, and did our best to assist based on the information provided to us.
