I bought a silent industries hop industries hop unit and I just opened it to find one of the screws sheared off so now I can’t put a nub on the hopunit rendering it useless. It was like the screw was put on way too tightly when it was assembled. It was very expensive for me to get something I can’t use. Very frustrated and I probably won’t order from here again.
This company is really helpfull even after buy support. We kept great contact about the shipping. They really support you through. The package did not deliver but thats something they cant do anything about. International shipping sometines does not work the right way. They did fix the problem with full refund wich i am very pleased with. The customer here is their top priority!
