I just created an account and because I…
I just created an account and because I didn't include my full names, just first and last, they told me to create a new one with my full names. I asked if it was possible to just update my current application, they said it's not possible and to create a brand new application. Then I requested for my current application and data to be deleted and they refused. This has to some sort of privacy laws violation that you withdraw your consent and they refuse to delete your information. Stay away. I was having high hopes after a friend recommended this broker but not anymore. Sloppy support and negative user experience

they raise the margin to make it difficult or impossible for small traders to trade, blaming "volatility" when its the trader taking the risk. REALLY annoying

I try to get a new application when I failed for the first one and I keep creating an account but I still do not have permissions. I sent an email to customer service name Tracey and they respectfully declined my request. Be warned to anyone who want to start opening their account for the first time.

I had sent a wire transfer from my bank…
I had sent a wire transfer from my bank to them around 9:30am. After about a hour and half I started to wonder where my money went, (AMP is always quick with wires) so I sent a email to there support. They responded immediately and within 20 mins or so. Funds were clear and I was able to trade live. Great experience and I highly recommend!

i woudnt trust them
i woudnt trust them , they route their orders through cqg and cqg could re route your orders, ive throughly discussed this with chat gpt to try to make sense of this , bottom line is they could skim your account and have plausible deniability , beware that when you are dealing with amp you are also dealing with cqg and they can and will remove stop losses and just claim you did it, i was down over 1k , i went to work came back no stop loss , mind you my most for stop is about 160 for me not to put in a stop loss and just have it ride all day is the most stupid thing i can do , im a profitable trader , this is theft or something real negligent is going on on purpose , dont trust this company , it is good but it is wrapped up in a whole bunch of eua agreements and wrapped up from cqgs user end agreements it has so much plausible deniability its insane . you wont even get far if you try to pursue it , you just have to eat the loss because they know you wont do nothing at end of day , theiving company
