Dental dilemma
Had an issue with my new Medigap plan which was supposed to cover dental. UHC said it wasn't covered. Notified Eduardo who then notified Eli and connected me up with UHC who advised that it was a discount not insurance. UHC rep gave me dentegra discount ID number to give to my dentist. Unfortunately dentegra doesn't Supply ID cards but Eli volunteered to add the ID number to to my account for future use. Very happy with ample assured quick and efficient response

Great Experience
I found Joe to be very courteous and helpful. Polite and kind. I like the fact that my insurance company is calling to see how I’m doing with the plan that I chose which is WellCare. I am happy that I chose to be with this company for 2024.
