The worst company that ever existed. Might sound dramatic but wait for it!!!
With all the advertisement that these meals are so successful and in 1000s of store around Ireland. I could find these in any of my locals. Even the ones that was mentioned on the website. But I made a large order online for my family and it did not arrive. I contacted customer support with no response. I messaged the owner Andy on Instagram and he said he'll get someone on it as soon as possible. I still got no where. No one contacted me. I messaged him again and was ignored. I was seeing these huge orders go out to stores, yet my online order was being ignored and so was my messages.
After a few failed attempted, I left it. Wasn't worth the stress. But then saw the owner say that customer service messed up and it was being investigated. Offered a discount code to it's customers. Advised that the issues were resolved. I messaged customer services again and still got no response. Messaged andy again and got no response. He had my money and I felt scammed.
He was living this lifestyle, flash cars, trips to dubai, rolex watches.
I see now that business is gone and I'm not getting my money back and the owner has since moved to dubai. Driving lambo and eating in expensive hotels.
Avoid anything that Andy Malone is involved in. It's a scam and he is a huge scam artist.

Bought £100 worth of meals for family for week. Within days, the meals were puffing up in the trays.
We ended up throwing out most of the meals. Contacted customer services, Shanice replied requiring order no, which I sent, no reply since. I've made multiple attempts to contact them via email, but received no reply. The day following my delivery, I got an email, to say, the problem with deliveries had been rectified. I wonder was this why my meals went off so fast. Had made numerous purchases from AMPX, but will not be in the future. Disappointed that AMPX have ignored me.

Beautiful tasty meals in 4 minutes really fresh and the chicken is so delicious my fav dish is the Thai Green Chicken Curry but we love all the rest too 🤗🤗🤗

Absolute scam, he gets other companies to make his meals, huge fake persona online, tries to garner follows by spreading false stories about his meals being sent all around the world or making movies for Netflix and even going onto love island, and stupid story so he can find the most gullible customers.

Absolute joke of an owner!!! Andy Malone is a textbook Narcissist. You dare to say anything that goes against his egotistical narrative then your blocked from social media. We have been customers for well over a year now, the meals have gone way down hill, watery and cheap tasting. The deliveries have been arriving for months smashed up and only fit for the bin. I feel so sorry for his staff having to deal with this man. Worst business owner I have ever had the misfortune of having dealing with. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is just basic frozen microwave food very bland. Branded as some nutritional wonder food but in reality it tastes worse than any of supermarket alternatives( which are a lot cheaper) Customer support on social media was shocking to I got blocked from Instagram 🤷‍♂️

Terrible these meals went down hill, made with Frozen rice and Frozen chicken and tastes like typical microwave food you'd get a third of the price, Don't trust these meals or this guy Andy Malone who pretended to fly private jet to LA during Covid 19 to make a deal with Netflix and claims hes millionaire rich,But don't let him Fool your pockets folks!

Legend. Was sceptic when seen first but I'm busy no time for food prep. So bit bullet ordered one of everything and not one meal I can fault. Its got me back in training game and diet which is 90% of the game. We live on a Island of haters and begrudgers always wanting you to fall flat on face. I wish Andy and team best and hope you make your millions great to see someone rise up in the times we are in 👍

I was horrified to open my king prawn curry only to find a large toenail in the sauce. I messaged the owner on instagram hoping he would kindly refund me only for him to write “can’t see you I’m blockin out the haters.” Horrible way to treat a consumer and what’s more I fed the curry to my dog who then soiled his stomach out over my new rug.

I have ordered AMPX meals several times and I have to say they are delicious and I have no issue with AMPX itself, the last 2 times I ordered, the delivery was appalling, I never had an issue previously until they started using DPD. the 1st order was left at my front doorstep despite me stating my ''safe place'' when ordering and 2 meals had burst, I didnt contact anyone as I am aware mistakes can happen but I ordered again last week and the meals arrived on their side and were clearly thrown down and FOUR meals burst and completely inedible due to this. As a result it has put me off ordering from AMPX due to the new delivery system Again I want to state the meals themselves are lovely and a great selection its just a shame the delivery system is not up to scratch.

Great service and meals are delicious. I would highly recommend as I've tried a few other similar options and these are by far the best.

Order was delivered as arranged. The seal of one meal was slightly open unfortunately. I emailed the team, received a reply within an hour, was offered a refund or free meal with my next order.
Small issue sorted out swiftly, professionally and courteously.

My second order was apparently delivered to another house. I was told to try and locate them or reorder for delivery 3 days later. Full refund issued on request. My first order was delivered without issue and meals were lovely. Just a pity it wasn't consistent.
