AMS Removals moved us into our new house yesterday. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They took the stress out of what would have otherwise been quite a stressful day, through their calm and problem solving approach. They got on with everything in an extremely professional way, including removing shoes without being asked as they were going in and out of the house. They had been recommended to me by a friend who has used them twice, and I would definitely use them again. My husband described them as worlds apart from the cowboys who brought us up from London! Thanks again David and team.

Avoid. We arranged for AMS Removals to complete a cleaning and furniture assembly service, for which they demanded payment in advance. They did not clean anything, left rubbish in the space and have been unresponsive to communications.

David and his team were fabulous in helping my parents move from their house in Heald Green. They charged a very reasonable price.

What a fantastic service and such a great price. David, Danny and Joel were brilliant on the day of my move, really efficient, dismantled and put furniture back together. Polite and friendly too. Would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Excellent service from the lovely guys at AMS.
I enquired about an urgent house move on a Wednesday afternoon, within minutes received a response back and David came around that evening to take a quick look around at what needed to be moved, was very happy with the quote and the fantastic service received. Everything was packed up for me and all the furniture moved put into the correct rooms, in pretty much the right places, stuff dismantled and rebuilt and boxes for each room were all right great tips of what to do in preparation and it's been the perfect move! Thanks guys for such amazing friendly and efficient service.

Great service, will definitely be using them again. They completely took the stress out of moving day. Handled all my belongings with care and took everything in their stride. I was moving out of a city centre flat on the 5th floor which I thought would be a challenge but they were well prepared and very patient with the one lift! Lovely, friendly guys who made me feel completely at ease and that everything was in good hands. From now on, I won’t be doing a move without them! Worth every penny!

These guys totally exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them enough. Ours was a difficult move from a duplex apartment in the city centre to a rural location in Wales. With many large and heavy pot plants on the upstairs terrace I was dreading the reactions from removal companies. Most of our previous home moves have been fulfilled by grumpy guys, moaning through the whole process. AMS however couldn't have been more different to our previous experiences. Friendly, upbeat and professional and when some significant challenges arose David came up with a plan and it was solved before we even knew about it. Everything was moved with care and relocated with consideration. Exactly what we wanted and for a very reasonable fee. Hence 5 stars!

I contacted David to move us again. He answered calls and messages quickly. The date was set, David, Dave and Ben arrived and worked solidly and efficiently for 3 hours emptying our house of large furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Arriving at our new home everything was positioned in the relevant room.
Thank you so much to you all for taking the stress off us.
The amount charged was such good value for money.
I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company.

Excellent service, completed took the stress out of moving! Really friendly efficient and professional staff. We paid for the packing service which I would highly recommend, especially as it includes rebuilding furniture!

I decided to choose AMS removals after doing some research, I was not disappointed!
So we ended up exchanging and completing on the same day, and didn’t find out until that actual morning!
Ben said he could cover either day, and just to let them know what was going on so that he could work around us.
He arrived right on time with the 2 Daves and all 3 of them were great lads, hard working throughout the day, and very considerate when moving all our belongings.
They had 2 vans on the day which meant we could move everything in one go.
We were so impressed with how organised and professional there were, we would certainly recommend them again, or indeed use them ourselves !
Outstanding service, and well worth the money as it made the move on the final day the least stressful moment of the whole move which dated back to May!

Absolutely brilliant! The whole team was extremely helpful and cheerful. It makes such a difference not having movers complaining all the time. They were efficient, careful and kept a good mood throughout the whole move! I had 2 prior experiences last year with different companies, and I can say that's what makes a whole difference: being positive and supportive in times that tend to be quite stressful. Knowing that they were doing a great job, helped massively to relief that. Well done guys, I will definitely recommend your service.
