Don't go to this company

Don't go to this company. They are totally waste. They charge you a ton and then give you trivilal info about the house like it has gas or electric heating, kerb is lowered or not, internet connection speed etc but will not care to look at critical things like Roof, roof spcaing, boiler, heating system if all rads are heating or not, electrical etc. I had to completely replace the roof and also finding 3 rads are not working in bedroom with major fault in Boiler after moving in. All my money has been wasted and I could not even negotiate with the seller. I feel like totally cheated by this nonsense survey. I am going to complain against them in RICS and claim through a Lawer.
