I had a very disappointing experience today with the sales team of Advance Media. I called their company landline with the intention of purchasing several items, expecting proper assistance as a potential client. Instead, I was simply passed to a salesman who told me to go to the website and check the details by myself.
As a first-time client, this lack of support was frustrating and unprofessional. When customers take the time to call directly, it’s usually because they need guidance, recommendations, or clarity not to be redirected without help.
I hope the company improves how their sales team handles inquiries, especially from new clients. First impressions matter.
