Exceptional product. Well made, durable and stylish. Also, customer service (e.g. ordering on line and receiving purchase quickly) is awesome.

Nice employees, beautiful interior and quality clothing.

Dissapointed that the two items I bough that were meant to be the same colour were vastly different - however, I was refunded for one item (but would have loved it more if I could get it in the correct colour).

Shopping from Amundsen is super simple, easy, and convenient. The price you see is what you pay, the fact that don’t tag on all the extraneous charges and line items is so refreshing. Their products are very high quality performance gear that blends comfort while elevating your wardrobe.

Really disappointed. Emailed you for a purchase but never received any response.

Company cancels orders and sends items out as they wish. No cooperation no keen on problem solving nor apologizing. After an email showing them items they forgot to deliver (sold out?) are all in stock they just ignore any communication
Very sad customer service if I could ever call this service. See if they ever refund my money.... update will follow

Great Quality! Fast delivery service!

I was on a Nordic Viking cruise shopping in their gift shop and fell in love with the creme color quarter zip sweater. They didn't have my size so I bought it online when I got home. It is a nice piece. I love so many other items however they are just too pricey. I will cherish my one quarter zip sweater forever! It is made very well and I got it very quick.

Amundsen is an amazing outdoor company due to the great quality of things with a very good stylish looking. Some people may say it's overpriced, but here comes company values - tradition, history, real love of nature and extraordinary ingenuity. I personally share these values too, so I'm happy to buy Amundsen things at any price since I know they will be invested in creation of new great things. I used to visit almost all retailers around Alps, but most luxury experience I had with Amundsen online store - superfast shipment, 10% welcome discount, attractive pictures and description. Now advices to Amundsen: 1. would be good if you add size and height/weight of the models on pictures like Fjallraven does - it gets more informative when thinking about proper size. 2. Please, consider the possibility of creating overalls - norwegian overalls are amaizing both for sailing/fishing and for winter/snow sports, you have all cards to create overall of a dream. 3. Could you, please, consider adding traditional norwegian patterns in sweaters (like Devold). 4. Could you, please, add more marketing discounts or closed sales to support your constant fans. I love your products and I have a lot of them. They are good quality, comfortable and sporty.
One thing that would have a positive inpakt on sales is to present your amazing products in more three dimensional manner. A lot of stuff I’ve bought looks even better than they do on your web shop.

Great products in terms of style and practicality. I am a recent customer (first purchase JAN 2026), but have now bought four pieces. Very pleased with the products. Delivery has been exceptional ( 3 days from Sweden to London).

Love the design and thought behind the clothes. The materials are also very good and align with what they’re priced at. Delivery is extremely fast and free when you exceed a decent sum which is very well thought through. My packages have always been packed correctly anf neatly. Sizing has a variation of options and also great guides. All together amundsen comes off as a luxury label to me and i enjoy every las detail about this brand. I love the fact that you don’t sell to big franchises which makes the label more exclusive and appealing.

Gave it a 5 star, because of the quality of the products only but :
- Website needs more flexibility for international customers. Currently, it’s an amateurish website. When login in, the website never really logs you in.
- For long lasting customers who bought several products on line, there are no awards, discounts or special deals, not even on Black Friday’s, 4th of July sales.or Year end sales etc… Really disappointing !
- in order to grow, your company really requires professional international consultancy and steering in order to expand into an international business. Otherwise, you will remain a small European company with limited vision.
- in case you would like to compete with the world bigger clothing brands, there is a lot more at hand to realise.

Excellent quality & authentic Amundsen / Nordic style. Customer service team in Norway & USA is stellar.
