We were getting ready to relocate out of state for my job. We discovered mold in the attic due to a leak in the roof. We didn’t have the time or money to fix it before we moved.

I contacted Amy and we had an offer in two days. She was very flexible and worked with our timing. She let us keep some of our things in the house until our moving company could arrange a pickup which wasn’t until 2 weeks after closing due to a holiday.

I was very pleased with the entire process. I’ve owned rental properties in Ypsilanti for years. My biggest concern with selling was having to pay a lump sum of capital gains tax when I sell. Amy and her team are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They gave me my asking price and are paying me interest on top of it. We structured a seller finance deal which means I become the bank. I will make more money in the end and I get to defer my capital gains. Definitely a win win solution.

We got behind on our mortgage payments but had no equity in the house. We didn’t want to walk away and ruin our credit. We felt like we had no options.

I filled out a form on Amy’s website and she called 30 minutes later. She listened and came up with a few solutions. They ended up taking over our mortgage payments and even gave us some money at closing. We are beyond thankful!
