Reliable, talented, and truly supportive.

I admired their skill in creating content that was reader friendly their marketing savy introduced my work to new audience.

My experience details a clear pattern of fraud and misrepresentation.
​False Affiliation: The company immediately attempts to mislead potential clients by falsely claiming an association with Amazon. They are, in fact, entirely unaffiliated.
​High-Pressure Sales and Initial Fee: They employ aggressive tactics to pressure clients into signing up for a "marketing campaign" priced at $5,000.00. This is sold under the guise that it will turn the client's book into a bestseller.
​Failure to Deliver: Upon paying the initial $5,000.00, the campaign produced zero book sales.
​Post-Payment Deception: When confronted about the lack of results, the company pivoted, claiming the initial payment was merely for a "starting point" and was never intended to generate sales.
​Upselling the Scam: They then immediately follow up with further high-pressure sales, assuring the client that the book will become a bestseller if a second, identical payment of $5,000.00 is made.
​Disappearance and Theft: Once the funds are secured, the company terminates communication and absconds with the client's money, providing no services or restitution.

Worst company I've ever worked with.

Don't even bother with them. All I wanted to do with them was pay them to format my book, and they kept trying to push a high 4-figure to 5-figure marekting/promotion to me, despite me saying I'm not interested and can't afford it.
All they'll do is waste your time and side step your questions and concerns if you tell them no. They'll give you bullcrap sob stories to try and guilt trip you into paying into their marketing nonsense.

Even when I specifically told them that I didn't want to deal with the current account manager, they put you into a false sense of security by giving you a new account manager, and then sneakily switch back to the old account manager to try and sell me a promotional plan again.

What a complete waste of two months of my time. Now I have to start all over again in the formatting process of my book.
