Updated Review: Unfulfilled Discount Promise
I initially left a positive review based on AMZScout’s request, as they promised a $100 discount in exchange. However, after posting my review, they told me that there were "technical issues" preventing them from generating the discount link. Instead, they suggested that I pay the full price and wait for a cashback, which was not the original agreement.
As an IT company, it seems unlikely that they would face such issues for an extended period. This raises concerns about their credibility. I hope AMZScout resolves this issue soon and honors their promises. Otherwise, I will reconsider my rating and inform other users to be cautious.
