Garbage jewelry

Garbage jewelry. Posts broke first wear. Then, they automatically enrolled me in a membership. I NEVER CONSENTED TO THWM HAVING MY CARD OR A MEMBERSHIP. This is fraud.

amazing products and company

I’ve been a customer for 4+ years now and will continue to be one! Ana Luisa’s products are amazing and their customer service team is phenomenal as well. It’s very rare to find a brand that actually cares about its customers and Ana Luisa is definitely one of them. They helped me replace one of the earrings I lost and I am so grateful!

I accidentally lost my earring the first day I got it from you and I called up to tell you my sad story and I was so surprised and happy to hear that you would send me a replacement which I now have in hand and I’m enjoying thank you so much

Fast Response!

One of my packages was missing an order and one of the bracelets was damaged. I reached out & the customer support team immediately sent me 2 replacements! I’ve bought ~4 pieces from this brand and I love them! No problems so far.
