Great customer service
Great customer service, beautiful product. Initially I was a little disappointed because the earrings my daughter wanted for Christmas were sold out everywhere. I went directly to Ana Luisa and found them there, ordered them, then got a notification they were on backorder til January. But you guys made it happen, they arrived just in time for Christmas and she was thrilled. Great communication by Marci throughout. Thank you.

Excellent products and customer service
First of all I have to say the quality of the products from AL has always been outstanding. I had a problem with one of my orders recently, seems something happened with the shipping and I never got my pieces although the page of the company in charge said Delivered. When I reached out to AL support they were sooo kind and helpful, they offered options to fix the problem and took care quickly and effectively. I will definitely keep buying from them. Their designs are unique and elegant, pristine finishes and modern looks.

I appreciate the effort and email exchange I had with a couple of people in Customer Service but I only received one pair of tiny earrings, the other 3 items were not included, only that free pair of earrings.
I don't want to waste more time on this, it is not worth it. Please do not contact me again.

SCAMMERS - BE CAREFUL
I ordered a necklace and they signed me up for a $50 monthly membership and charged me $5 to sign up, without ANY NOTICE of any kind besides an email after the fact. This is not only criminal, but scammy in nature. If you order anything from here, be SURE to read the fine print and check your email after, as they probably tried to scam you as well. Check your credit card statements people.

Automatic Subscription Signup
Same experience as other customers: automatically (and forcibly) enrolled in AL Luxe costing me an additional $3.95. Price (in total) balanced out to about MSRP (as the item was "discounted"), but this practice alone is deceptive and unacceptable. Immediately cancelled the membership, but I'm still out $3.95.
This will be my first and last order from Ana Luisa, regardless of the quality of the merchandise.
Ana Luisa replied stating that the AL Luxe membership can be "removed at checkout." I have since tested this claim and can confirm this is an outright falsehood. It is the only item in a cart that cannot be removed at checkout, and only removes itself if the cart becomes empty. This is deliberate deceit on the company's behalf.

I purchased the Ora bracelet. It came with some additional links. Unfortunately I lost those links and felt like after a few times that I may love this bracelet more with them. I contacted customer support and they informed me that I cannot purchase the additional links. Therefore, I can't enjoy the bracelet now.

Watch Out! They automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription.
I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter. Ana Luisa company automatically signed me up for the “monthly subscription of Luxe program”. All I wanted was a simple pair of earrings. Now, I just looked at my visa and saw a monthly subscription charge on our account and an email confirming I hope I am enjoying my subscription! No phone number to call customer service. Dog and pony show to get the subscription canceled.

Deceptive practices
This company automatically signs you up for a membership to be charged monthly. This is a deceptive marketing practice. I had to contact them to cancel and they told me that the amount for the first month could not be cancelled since I received a discount. I don't understand why they do this because I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Following this, customers are billed every 30 days at $49.99. We make sure to communicate this at every point before checking out. We can confirm you were charged the one-time fee in exchange for a member-exclusive discount on your order.
This is not true. They DO NOT communicate their deceptive business practices at every point before check out. This is a complete lie. Stay away from them.

hidden charges, crappy support
Auto enrolled me in a subscription membership program I did not enroll in and would not refund it. Thy also took 4 days to process my shipment after I paid for 2 day shipping. Their jewelry is affordable but expensive when you consider the lack of expensive materials (gold, precious gems). They’ve also spammed me with 3x emails a day since my order. I opted out of marketing emails.
