Abdel came in and changed how our business actually runs, and I wish I had found him two years earlier. Before him, onboarding new clients was slow and inconsistent, fulfillment lived across spreadsheets and clickup threads nobody could keep up with, and every week someone on my team was spending hours pulling together reports that were already outdated by the time they landed in my inbox.
