MY BIKE WAS BROKEN BUT REPAIRABLE. I USED IT EVERY DAY TO GO TO WORK. I NEED TO REPAIR THE HORN AND LIGHT. I ALSO HAD TO REPAIR THE PEDALS AND A NEW BATTERY. THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, I PURCHASED THE MISSING PARTS EXCEPT THE BATTERY ON THE OFFICIAL SITE ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2022, SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 AND OCTOBER 10, 2022, YES YES 2022. I HAVE RELATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES WHO FIRSTLY INVITED ME TO BE PATIENT, THEN TELL ME OF THE UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS WHILE ASKING ME TO BE PATIENT. MEANWHILE THE BIKE HAS BROKE AND BECOME UNUSABLE AND THEREFORE GOOD FOR SCROLLING. I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE A COMMERCIAL GESTURE AND OFFER THEM TO MAKE A COMMERCIAL GESTURE FOR THE DISAGREEMENT. THEY JUST REFUNDED ME FOR THE ORDER OF SEPTEMBER 19, 2022 ON MAY 7, 2024. THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY STATING THAT THEY WOULD HAVE SENT ME THE PEDALS ORDERED ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2022. IT IS 05/07/2024. YET THEY PRIDE IN BEING AN ECOLOGICAL COMPANY. IN ANY CASE, IF YOU PURCHASE FROM ANCHEER, AFTER SEEING MY REVIEW AND YOU ARE DISAPPOINTED, YOU CAN ONLY BLAME YOURSELF.

I paid £875 for an electric bike. It arrived with a loose bottom bracket so the peddles wobble and it is not usable. No UK shops stock the spanner to fit this Chinese bike. Ancheer customer service will not send the spanner even when I offer to pay for it.
A year later and I still can not use my bike.
ANCHEER are not a good or trustworthy company at all.

Horrible products. They are not professionals when it comes to product setup The treadmill I purchased overheats every time I'm on it and I have to take the vent cover off because they never put slits in it to vent just plastic cover that keeps the heat in. They have a setting up to 9 mph however I can only go up to 6mph for only ten minutes because it shuts off unexpectedly. I have a warranty but they refuse to send part's such as the side rails that you step on. They are made with the cheapest plastic and even a 125 pound woman could crack stepping on it. The price of their products are way higher than what they are worth. I give them a negative five Stars. This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau! I want my money back...

Yes I think this company is a scam. Terrible product. Bike packed up after a few rides. No service despite a dozen emails. Order a spare part from Ancheer.de. They took my money and the part hasn’t arrived. The products were supplied by Swordyall on Amazon. They are even worse. Amazon totally unhelpful. Caveat emptor. Avoid this bunch, despite ostensibly keen prices.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE is my experience with ANCHEER and their product. If you are person with a disability or handicap DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will be treated like total crap if you try and return it. This ANCHEER has been sitting in my basement since Dec. 11, 2019 and has never worked. It was order and delivered on time. Past that point, Zero customer service. The Salesperson put it together correctly and Boom, Nothing. I've reported this over a dozen times and keep getting responses whereby ANCHEER is sending screen shots of pictures of wires instructing me on how to fix their treadmill. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Those Guys should have fixed the DAMN thing before it left New Jersey or wherever the Hell its manufacturer. Then, they have the nerve to keep emailing me labels to send the TREADMILL back as if they think its a box of girl scout cookies. Its a TREADMILL people. It weighs over 100lbs. I CANT LIFT IT. I have weakness in both hands due to having Lupus. I've explained this situation over a dozen times and they still keep telling me to pack it up and send it back. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! If I could give this ZERO stars I would. But you have to check at least 1 star to post a review. THEY SUCK ROYAL KITTY LITER. OH, then they want to give me a REFUND of at least $300 bucks to keep the Treadmill. Umm.. Duh!!! What good is TREADMILL THAT DOESNT WORK. COME PICK UP YOUR CRAP TREADMILL AND PROVIDE ME A REFUND.
Sincerely, NEVER, EVER ORDER A TREADMILL FROM ANCHEER.

Scam - beware!!! Ordered a scooter, never received the product nor was I able to get in contact with the company. Fake tel number and no response to any of my emails.
