Horrible measurements. I ordered Kansiz footbed sandals. The sandals have big soles (too big for a size 29) and the straps are either too loose or way too tight - on the same shoe. The straps cut into your skin painfully. On top of it, they charge 14 euros for you to return them. A scam.

They are terrible, I saw their brand at Selfridge, that is how I trusted them to do shopping from them. Got the sandals, however they came bigger than I thought. I am trying to return them. And now they charge £14 return!!!! Unbelievable!! Never buying from them again!

I love how simple but elegant my Ancient Greek Sandals look. They go with almost anything I wear in the summer. They're light on my feet and have become the pair I keep reaching for when it's warm out.

If I could leave no stars I would. Never ever ever will I order from this company again. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I returned a pair of sandals I ordered as they turned out to be too big. I downloaded the label that was issued to me. This was 3 weeks ago almost one month and the parcel is still at Athens airport. No sign of refund. No explanation. No apology. A disgrace. Please take your custom elsewhere and take my advice-do not order from this company.

I never received the shoes and they won't refund - the service is so poor, they will scam you. Beware!

Really terrible quality. I have had my sandals just two months and they look so bad that I'll soon need to through them away. The leather has started to peel on both soles and the front of the sandals and the straps are now so loose that they feel like they'll fall off my feet.

I paid full price expecting them to last several years and cannot believe how shoddy these actually are.

Beautiful Sandals, but terrible, terrible quality.

I purchased a pair of new Ancient Greek Sandals recently. Sadly, within minutes of wearing them the metallic paint started to flake off. Within four days of use, both Sandals lost a lot of the finish. Even worse, the glue bonding the upper and lower leather soles together detached from the middle forwards and sideways in both Sandals. I have before and after pictures so can prove this.

I'm extremely disappointed, Sandals at this price point shouldn't have flaky leather paint, nor both soles detaching after just a few days of wear.

The design is beautiful though, and they are very comfortable to wear. Thus the one star.

But I find it unacceptable that such expensive Sandals basically fall apart within a few days of wear, of which none in moist conditions.

I don’t understand how these buyers have had negative experiences. I’ve had absolutely brilliant customer service! Unfortunately the Eleftheria sandals that I own broke where the strap is after only wearing them for 8 months. I contacted the customer service team regarding this issue. They offered to send a brand new pair of sandals of my choice! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Very nice customer service, received one faulty pair, these were exchanged friendly and immediately. recommend.

Why did I not check this company here?! I bough sandals,within 3 day I have them home - I was very happy with so fast delivery ! Sandals were too small too heavy not worth the money in my opinion.
I made return I gave receive rma - with this docs I need to send them back .
I can not find any transport company which will accept this return note ! No ups , no DHL , no post nothing ! If I don’t want to pay for them /klaarna/ I must pay 16€ to send them back ! Ridiculous.
So no free back order !

I was literally chasing the customer service for letting them know that the sandal I bought was defective. After one month of back and forth where I told them to even send the product for them to see for themselves, they just answered that this is how the product is = big feet with a width. Such a bad customer service. I have already shared a signed complaint to the ministry of consumers complaint.

My feet started bleeding after 20mins of wearing the sandals. I informed the company nicely and asked them for a solution, but their response was only that leather requires time to soften. Unbelievable customer handling, especially for a 200 bucks sandal.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR OVERPRICED PRODUCTS!

This is a great brand which combines high quality products and an absolutely excellent customer service experience. Wearing their sandals makes you want to travel back in the time of Ancient Greece. Keep up the good work AGS team!

I would give a zero if I could. Avoid these scammers at all costs. When I realised that my item would not be delivered within the time frame I asked for a refund before the shoes even left Greece. I was told that I would be no problem however they ended up sending the shoes ro Australia anyways and this was after a week btw and then to only have them returned back to Greece where I now have to wait weeks on end for their customs to clear this. I never received the shoes and they are making me wait for the refund for their mistakes. In an email they actually said they take no responsibility for this. Absolutely the worst customer service on the world. Disgusting company. Scammers. Do not shop with them as you will wait for weeks for your order if it ever even arrives and god forbid you need an exchange or refund. Money down the toilet. Absurd how rude they are

Will never be shopping with this company again I ordered a $400 bag over a month ago and still no refund they had trouble with their shipping company delivering even though I had purchased shoes 2 weeks prior to this order that arrived within 5 days of ordering.

After 2 weeks no delivery I queried this they told me I had to contact their shipping company when contacting they told me they couldn’t deliver to my address.. upon contacting Ancient Greek sandals I was told that I had to give the company more information which was ridiculous as I had received a parcel a week prior from exact the same company.

By this point I had enough of dealing with the cheap laboured shipping and asked for a refund so they could now deal with the poor shipping.

I made my order 9Th of august and the last I was updated after a few emails not replied about refund I was told on the 8Th of September that my bag had reached Greece and was in customs it’s now 14TH September and still no refund!!! Don’t waste your time with this company..

I bought the shoes in the winter sale for 80$ and I wore them this summer. I can only compare this to this one time I wore plastic shoes from h&m for about 30$. I had skin rashes and blisters after a short twenty minutes long walk.

I bought sandals €143.50 with a thick sole, after just one day of wearing, pieces fell off the sole. For this amount, you really do expect good quality that will last a few seasons. Delivery was fast and good. I sent an e-mail to customer service. Definitely no second purchase from Ancient Greek sandals for me!

Mine just arrived... the bit between big toe and the second toe is a wide unfinished leather strip, which immediately cut into the skin..I'm glad i used a 15% off but now I'm reading about the nonrefundable duties :( Next time I'll be buying from Russell&Bromley, Dune and Clarks!

Bought some sandals, which fit and looked great when I first tried them on but as soon as I wore them my feet were torn to shreds and covered in blisters. I reached out to the company who said the sandals were made of PVC and since they were worn there’s nothing they can do. AVOID at all costs, I’ve just wasted £80+

Their sizing is so hard to nail down. I thought they were cute sustainable sandals, but they wear down so fast. They are very comfortable, I just wish for the price they lasted longer
