Alexandra has created a phenomenal community and company with Ancient Earth. The clothes are ethical, beautiful and make me feel like a flipping goddess when I wear them. I’m only sorry that there has been a miscommunication between Trust Pilot and reviews for a different fake website meaning negative comments have been made for Ancient Earth. Fervently standing up for Ancient Earth and all it stands for 😊

Alex is amazing, a true beautiful soul who makes beautiful, magical clothing. I've been purchasing from Alex for three years and buy from her every drop. I'm there at 10am, as soon as it comes ready to get my stunning dresses because it's my special delight

I have been buying clothes from Ancient Earth for around three years. Since I found Alex and her styles and designs my wardrobe is now 90% Ancient Earth clothing.
The wrap dresses are so comfortable and beautifully designed. The Long skirts are amazing, the fit is perfect. The maidens and other tops are gorgeous and go so well with the skirts, the different drops all mix and match brilliantly. And both dresses and skirts make you feel amazing, so swishy.
Ancient Earth really is an ethical, boho style, designed to fit an array of sizes and each and every drop does not disappoint. I'm always getting told what I'm wearing looks amazing and I have passed on the Ancient Earth details to so many women.
I just can't praise Ancient Earth enough, it's more than a clothing brand, it's a whole community ☺️

This has been one of the most unnecessarily frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. After taking payment, the shop could not give a clear dispatch date, only copy-paste replies about being “busy.” When I opened a standard PayPal case to protect my money, my order was cancelled and I was told I’d been refunded… except part of that refund sat in “pending” limbo for days.
I finally received the money back, but only after repeated follow-ups.
Busy season is not the issue. The issue is basic customer service: clear timelines, accurate information, and taking responsibility instead of implying the customer is the problem. Not impressed, and won’t be ordering again.

Oh dear. Cheap bad quality dresses factory made in india sold at highly inflated prices. Terrible quality with rips, pattern misaligns, buttons falling off, ties coming off,missed stitching, colour runs etc. And run by the most condescending woman I've ever met, the woe is me type, how to insinuate you're a victim without saying it is her speciality. She lies through her teeth. 2 businesses, has advertised previously for a cleaner and a babysitter, yet feels the need to start begging from her Facebook group for money for flights for holidays. Tells the group frequently how much she does for them, but its all just a scam, along with her super fake laugh, to part you from your money for sub standard goods which are all screwed up and creased when you get them.Avoid and find proper ethical sellers. This company has already changed it's name and will do so again. The owner is practised in the psychological art of selling and has a highly inflated opinion of herself, using the "fear of missing out" technique. I wish i had missed out. More and more people are moving away from this brand and going elsewhere.
