Onboarding was good. Waiting for my results to be explained to me.

After a major cancer operation I came into contact with Ancora. The tests, investigations and conversations have provided me with a lot of valuable information. Good insights about my diet. Clear impact of my sleeping behavior. And the insight that a lot of sports is not the same as a lot of exercise. I have received useful tools in all three areas and the personal guidance has helped me both in making a kick start and in maintaining the improved lifestyle. Big compliment and thanks for the game changer.

The remeasurement functionally was ok, but with no verbal follow up to go through results and understand the differences vs the first time, it makes it not so meaningful. It would have been good to have a call about the results! Still would be good to have that!

The full onboarding and assessment went smooth, actually you feel it is like experiencing health 2.0 with data driven correlations and so many experts dedicated to solely drive your well being.
The outcomes are valuable and the discussions with an expert also decisive to drive behavior change.
Most important for me is that Ancora created awareness and a sense of urgency for me to protect my health capital, while I used almost the last 40 years of my life to tap into illimited mental and physical capabilities, it is time now to rebuild that capital and nurture it.

A very thorough process of establishing your personal medical / fitness status. Any deficiencies in nutrition or organ function are flagged and the results are discussed with you in a very personal manner. Professional, knowledgeable staff explain everything step by step and answer all your questions. I would highly recommend Ancora Health if you are looking to live a healthier, more active life. They will provide your baseline information from which to work from and advise how to reach your goals.

People were helpful during the measuremens. Result: a dashboard full with data. The conversation regarding the results took a bit longer than expected, my only suggestion would be to increase the time span for that conversation.

These guys saved my progessional sports carreer. I got the whole package, did all the tests, and we came across something I had never thought of before and I would probably never have found it otherwise. My bloodlevels are finally getting back to normal and my performance is finally improving again! 10/10 would highly recommend & go there again.

A year back, I had some health issues and went for (conventional) thorough blood and other tests via my house doctor. Everything looked fine, and they couldn't find any concerns. With no alarming issues with test results and a lean body structure always assumed I'm very heathly , and contiued with the same lifestyle and eating habits until went for Ancora insights.

Their thorough analysis gave me eye-opening insights I never had before, which could have lead to medical attention soon in the coming years. The approach connected all the dots from DNA results alongside my health and lifestyle. Very happy to know where the issues are and how I can improve, which couldn't have ever found out via conventional tests approach until it was medical attention.
With all these insights and advise from their professional team, I'm working on a changed lifestyle, including intake of right food and vitamins, already feel much energized. Great new concept. They are very professional and it gave me a lot if insights!

I previously tried a DNA only health test to learn how I should modify my lifestyle to safeguard my health but I learned the DNA tests alone are not enough as your DNA only impacts 10% of your health.

Ancora's approach is very thorough as it took into account my DNA results alongside my health and lifestyle now - with a full blood and urine panel test and thorough questionaire. Its a premium service - you get 1-2-1 attention from medical, sports and nutrition professionals and you get a thorough personalised debrief. I was super impressed with it. I now have deep insights into my health, what I need to focus on and how. Now I've got to do it. Thanks Ancora - I'll be back soon for a re-measurement to see whether my plan is working.

As a cancer survivor health is the topic in my life, the moment I heard from Ancora I was ON. During the Béta test phase I had the opportunity to be part of the Ancora experience and can say it was topnotch. Everything was well organized, the briefing via email, the onboarding, the warm welcome, all the explanations regarding the tests and with all my experiences with hospitals this was something different. I had the feeling of a 5 star hotel and the breakfast afterwards was amazing. So all the circumstances were excellent and the moment I received my test results during a FaceTime call with the Ancora doctor who guided me through my results and Ancora passport I gained insights I never had before. With all the insights I changed my lifestyle, my intake of food and vitamins and feel much more energised. I am an Ancora fan for life.
