I would give the 0 stars if l could

I would give the 0 stars if l could

What a crap company this is. Sent wrong item in place of the one l ordered. They refused to pay the pp to send it back to them. The one l ordered was out of stock. Kept sending me different pics of bags they wanted me to accept. They refused refund and kept making excuses. They kept offering % refund of original price. Got PayPal involved who agreed that they were at fault. In the last email they sent (10 in total) they instructed me to cut up the wrong bag which they sent with pictures of it destroyed. !!!This l did (with a rather cheeky email stating how childish l thought they were) This company really bullied me. Needless to say I will not do business with this company ever again and please if you have any sense you should do the same.
