Our contact Adam is extremely responsive and answers the phone whenever we need him. We get regular feedback/updates which allow us to adapt to any changes within our sector. The team are extremely nimble, so will work with us if we find something is/isnt working and make changes straight away.

As a growing online fashion brand with a large Instagram following, it is essential that our presence within this space is heard/grown.

We discovered Pink Leopard through one of their own Facebook ads, which sparked our interest. Upon speaking with them it felt right in giving them the opportunity to help us in scaling our business for a tester time period, enabling them to get true readings over several campaigns.

Fast forward now to our second year working together, and we're very pleased with how our ads perform overall. The team are very polite, reaching out for a group call fortnightly to discuss reporting and future campaigns. Outside of this, Greta who is our account manager is always available to jump on a call or answer emails - which is great when we have impulsive campaigns or last minute requirements.

We're a small, growing independent UK fashion brand who have been working with Pink Leopard for 2 months.
Pink Leopard set up our email flows to help improve customer communication and sales, this was one off project and very effective.
We have also worked with Pink Leopard for our digital marketing (digital ads) and to date they have done a really great job. Their process is very professional, analytical and structured and we've have got great results.
If you are considering working with them they will present clearly what they believe they can achieve for your business and the results they can deliver, their communication is always very clear. They are all very lovely to deal with.

We've worked with Pink Leopard for 4 years. Great team who continue to deliver great results.

Worked with Pink Leopard for 6 months and long story short couldn't produce ads that generated a profit. Never quite hit a 2x ROI. The people at PL are lovely although not quite as competent as we require as a business unfortunately.

One thing worth mentioning was the use of a Blended ROAS. This is a fine metric and looking at our ads account showed we were making a small profit, but it's simply a return on Ad spend, not a return on investment. The ads themselves So once their fees were factored in the total return on investment was a negative over both the whole 6 months and the last 2 months when you'd expect the ads to have been tested and performing.

We have been working with Pink Leopard since February, and cannot express how happy we are.

From the first call we knew that they really wanted to understand the brand and our expectations in order to drive the results!

The structure, organisation and continued communication between us is something we didn't this we would ever find. We were apprehensive before meeting PL after having some terrible experiences with advertising agencies in the past.

Our Account Manager Liv is exceptional, making sure everything is perfectly organised and reports are sent to us bi-weekly after our video call to discuss results.

Taran is possibly the most passionate person I have ever met about google and his expertise is quite remarkable. He is 100% results led, and we are delighted with the new sales we are gaining since investing in Google Shopping and Ads.

Kata has been amazing at interpreting our data to find the sweet spot with our Facebook account. She really understands the brand and our products and can relay the results with us in a way we understand.

We have been working with Pink Leopard since the end of December 2021, after what we thought was a fantastic month of Christmas sales. I was nervous we would struggle to maintain pre Christmas sales let alone make it to the ambitious targets I set for Pink Leopard starting with January as the first hurdle. Well what can I say, they have absolutely SMASHED it. The decision to take on an agency was nothing short of daunting but the team at Pink Leopard have made it worth it ten times over. Even with Facebook updating our targeting options which could easily have kiboshed the whole thing, they've nailed it. January was as big as December, February became our biggest month ever and we have just done 25% more sales in March from February and an impressive 40% increase in sales since December - speechless. I am so grateful for everything each of the team does but what they do collectively is quite something, the nicest bunch and we love working with them. Couldn't recommend more highly, if you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. Thank you so much to all the team.

The team at PL are awesome. The impact they've had on the business has been excellent and we've seen a serious step change in sales since working with them.

I chose to work with PL as I wanted to take my business happystride to the next level. I had been running Facebook & Instagram ads myself and achieved a certain level but needed to work with a specialist agency to take it further. Lauren approached me with a bespoke personalised proposal including a video in November 2020 but at the time it wasn't right to work with an agency but my wife and I really liked the approach and we both come from marketing backgrounds so know what works. She touched base a couple of times and then when the time was right in September 2021 I called Lauren up. PL onboarded happystride and we migrated from our current campaign to their new campaign. I have been working with Greta and Mika and they are great to deal with - they are very efficient, send detailed reports and we have a biweekly catch up to go over details, they are also always there to take a call or message. We launch lots of different products and have different promotions so sometimes can be demanding but PL take on anything we throw at them. We are now 3 months in and are starting to achieve some great results and hoping to increase this even further over the next few months with an increase in spend. Big shout out to Mika who goes above and beyond all the time including taking calls on weekends, launching promotions on Saturdays and answering my whatsapps at 7am! They also understand that as we are a small business every £1 is so important and try to achieve the best results for us. PL are a great agency to deal with and have really immersed themselves into what happystride is about! Looking forward to carrying on working with them and taking happystride to the next level!
