I did not receive my order from the…

I did not receive my order from the Black Friday sales last year in Nov. the company just sent me generic emails. I just want my money back. They closed the email case without contacting me. They say they tried but I have no msg from them. I do not receive my items and they just seem to blame Aust post. Sick of this happening. They did not answer ky various emails personally and as a long term customer this is unacceptable. Stand up and take responsibility please. Serve your customers properly and shoe some remorse for money lost and prefers gone missing.
