They are extremely unprofessional and…

They are extremely unprofessional and slack. I called to enquire about a house I had seen on Rightmove, I soke to a lady called Diane, she said she could not help but she would get someone to call me back, nobody did, I called a second time, she told me the same thing, the third time I called, a young man answered the phone and explained he was also unable to help. No body called me back, 3 days later I called again and spoke to Diane, she again told me someone would call me back,,,,,,,,, they NEVER did!!! Absolute joke of a business.

All enquiries from Rightmove or our website go directly to the agent handling that specific property, so it sounds as though your call may have reached a different company.

Andrew's great!

Andrew has been great throughout—spending plenty of time at the initial viewing and getting my offer accepted within 24 hours. A tenanted leasehold flat could have been problematic, but everything went smoothly with only a very minor delay. I couldn’t be happier with this place! Honest, reliable, friendly, and funny, Andrew is a breath of fresh air among agents.
