Beautiful independent store
Beautiful independent store. I Ordered an Izzy Sweat for my girlfriend and she loved it, nice that it’s made in Margate too. Fast delivery! Support independent businesses 👏

Handcrafted by makers who care. Designed in Whitstable, our main collection is made in Margate by a talented craftsperson who constructs each garment with care and attention to detail. One of the best parts about working with local makers is that, once our garments are ready to be worn, they only have to travel around 20 miles from our maker to our Harbour Street store in Whitstable (where we also ship your online orders from!). This means our garments have the smallest carbon footprint we could realistically hope for. Making locally is the perfect choice for our main collection, but when it came to our printed artist collaboration pieces, we looked to ethical factories overseas to produce our tees, tops, and sweats. In many countries, garment manufacturing is a major employer, and we felt that working with fully audited Fair Wear Foundation factories was the best way to support the industry while encouraging strong workers’ rights and safe working conditions. You’ll find full details of the factories we work with on individual product pages. 100% zero waste. Our collection is now completely zero waste — a huge achievement for us and something we’re incredibly proud of. Any fabric scraps are carefully collected and either turned into our zero-waste scrunchies or sent to Fibrelab, a London-based company that recycles unwanted textile waste into a variety of useful materials, including new fabrics.

Beautiful environment, well curated products . Good atmosphere.
Lovely customer service
Great items
Im giving four stars because they stocked an item l really wanted that was hard to get. 1 star taken off as l was sent someone else’s item and it took a long time to rectify. We got there in the end and it was an honest mistake but l feel like this store needs to be better at online sales. I’d prefer to support small businesses and lm sure they will learn from this mistake.

Bought some jewellery from this cute and well curated shop. Owner was super helpful, friendly with right amount of interaction and guidance. Really glad I popped in, could have bought more but restrained myself. If you're in Whitstable, definitely visit ‘And Danu’ and the shop across the road owned by her equally lovely mother. Bought things in there also! If no plans to visit soon, then check out her online store.

The staff were very nice, I brought the brown shorts and top. I would like the shorts slightly longer. Thank you
