I have been buying Andea earrings for some years and it is the only earrings I wear now. I am very pleased to see matching necklaces so that is on my birhday list wish.

Purchased a nice silver bracelet for my Girlfriend from Andea via John Lewis.

I was quite taken aback by the high quality for the price I paid vs. other jewellery I had bought my girlfriend in the past.

Hence would definitely purchase from them again!

I bought my Daughter a lovely gift a spiral silver bracelet, it was flawed however and a stress fracture broke on one of the swirls, when i asked if it could be repaired by Andea the answer was no, sorry we can't help you as you bought it through John Lewis, even though i had proof of purchase neither Andea or John Lewis were prepared to help, the bracelet was still inside the 12 month guarantee, except i was told by John Lewis that this supplier offered no guarantee at all. What a joke it is like buying from a street trader selling out of a suitcase, no guarantee no money back !!!!! Avoid Andea, as nice as it looks the quality is poor and the service is very poor.
I read they're reply not true, here is what actually happens you take the item back and John Lewis tell you to contact the supplier direct ! Then Andea tell you to contact the the Retailer, see where this is going NOWHERE they just fob you off nothing happens, like i said very poor customer service AVOID !!!!

My best friend had bought me a beautiful silver Andea necklace for a special birthday, which I adored and wore on special occasions. Very sadly whilst buying flowers to take for a meet up with her, I found I had lost the necklace, a very sad day. My husband felt sorry about this and thankfully you were still making this necklace and bought me another. This showed two people cared enough and this one will be cherished and kept safe.

I ordered a pair of earrings from Andea and it got delivered so fast. And the earrings??! Brilliant quality! It looked so elegant and pretty. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone who likes jewelries. It came in a well packed parcel, lined with tissue paper and had a paper bag ready for the item to be a present. P.S. I did intend for this item to be given and indicated it in my order. Jewelry care instructions and cleaning cloth was also included in my order. Thank you Andea.
