High fine for delayed payment

Come on guys seriously? my payment was late due to my registered card was expired and i forgot to update , you charged me 100 dkk as 20 percent of 500 dkk bill as fine !!! How much interest are you charging? The time that you charge people months in advance do you pay the same amount to them ?

Thank you for the answer , I believe still the fine is quite big and needs to be proportional to the bill, but due to due to the follow-up here and the answer I am changing my review.

I'm sorry to read about your experiance.
Our fee for late payment is always 100 dkk, and have nothing to do with the amount you should pay.
The process is automatic, and of course we don't know why you pay late. But if you call us, and tell us about the situation, we will be helpfull and understand.

I have asked for your information, so that I can look at your agreement, and see if we can do something about the fee.
I hope that you will reply.

UPDATE:
Thanks for sharing your information.
I have reversed the fee, but just wanted to let you know, that your new invoice did not get payed by your creditcard either. When the invoice is made, you have to pay it manuelly and then the next invoice will be paid with your creditcard.

Horrendous company

Saw wrong and paid a bill that was not mine they refuse to refund it, so I can pay my actual bill. Also are supposed to answer within 5 days on mail they dont

It is very disappointing

It is very disappointing.

I am having the same problem twice now. I moved out of my apartment, contacted the customer services to cancel my membership at the previous address and I wanted to be reimbursed of the amount I have paid.

I still keep getting bills for my previous address...

I can see that you previous agreement is cancelled, since the 01.03.2024.
The bills we have sent you since, is the bills regarding january and february.

I have sent you the bills again, and that is the last bills from the previous adress.

They make it impossible to unsubscribe…

They make it impossible to unsubscribe when you move out. Super easy to subscribe, easy to switch addresses, impossible to unsubscribe. They write “You must call us on our hotline” and they no one picks up the phone for 30 min. And they ignore emails and their own contact forms.

I’ve been trying to reach them for a week now.

I had some confusion with the bills…

I had some confusion with the bills when I moved apartments but I was able to call and speak with Mina from Team 24, who was incredibly helpful! She explained everything, and helped me to set up a payment service.

I'm shocked at the prices!!!

I would not advise you to choose the "Andel energi" electricity network for those who live further from Copenhagen, because the bill is damn high. We use electricity for 800-900 kr, but you get a bill for "trasport og affgift" from 1200-1700 dkk. Every 3 months I used to pay 3 000-4000 dkk, then they did it every month, I get bills from 2000-3000 dkk. Since February, we switched to "Aura", we'll see how much we'll have to pay here 🙂 the bill for January came for 2700 dkk 😏

I get a bill from a new suplier 😏 And for 2 months i will have to pay 1264,59kr 😉

Thank you,i'm VERY VERY happy with a new suplier 👋And for transport og afgift i will have to pay 250kr 😂 Your price for transport og afgift is ~1400kr 🙄 that's a big price difference 😏

3 months and 24 calls back and forth…

3 months and 24 calls back and forth they cannot open me a profile on the home page or app. I can not login on anything but i keep getting mails where it says you have a new bill you can log in on our homepage or our app to see the details. I call customer support to explain i can not log in to see how much and where i should pay, they tell me we will fix it 2 weeks later i get another mail with extra expences because i have not paid my bill. Total bull!@#$ of a company

Most confusing billing structure I have ever seen in any country. No complain on language as google translate is helpful for non Danish person.
