Never use this company, i just bought and moved in to a new house and i receive a leter from the Bailif saying i owe 1000 DKK on a 200 dkk bill that was sent to my previous address.. They do not look at the Address Register when you move your address, they just slip a little sentance in to the terms and conditions saying you are responsible for telling us that you move address, all so they can send your case to the bailifis. i spoke to collectia today and the women on the phone said "we get alot of cases like this" untrustworthy and i will make sure i never use this company again in any future home and will also tell my family and friends to avoid them. enjoy the extra 800 dkk, you just lost a lot more in the long run. Scum.

It always very hard to call and request to talk in English as my Danish is too basic to explain myself right. Louise was incredibly helpful and patient with my inquiry.

We got a invoice from a third party company on be half of Andel energi which was not fair.
Acoording to Andel energi they send us the bill of 100 dkk which we were not aware of. Then it increased to 200 dkk and 300 dkk. Finally they have given the case to third party and the final bill is now 900dkk. None of the bill was sent to post or neither digitally.
Customer service has been taught a line..,,,”we cant help you”😀

Andel Energi x Clever
We ordered a box replacement from Andel Energi for 6499. We made the deal and agreement with Andel Energi. We got approved for the 36 months payment with 0 APR. All these back in April. Today we received an invoice from Andel for 8999 DKK to be paid in August.
After waiting 24 minutes in Andel customer service, we are asked to call Clever to admit the mistake and then call back Andel to call Clever to confirm and send us the credit note and correct the one time payment back to 36 months.
I do believe there will be a resolution but the fact that the internal bureaucracy is pushed to the customer is not a good customer experience.
Update: After calling Clever where they confirmed the error and Andel to confirm we called Clever, the customer service agent was already informed from this review on acting. Together with the response from Ronni, I do change my review from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect the willingness to support and maybe change the process.

She was not only informative but also patient in helping me sort out my issue and answering all my questions, even though English isn't her first language.
