Yet another disappointing interaction with Anderson Business Advisors. I had a 1 pm call with Attorney Lauren Robbins and was assured that she would be prepared for the meeting and understood the purpose of our call.

Within 2 minutes I could tell she was unfamiliar with my case and unprepared for the call. She hadn't even bothered to read the call history.

I asked if she would like some time to get caught up. She accepted and said she would call me back shortly. I expected a call within an hour... but by 4 pm EST the next day I still hadn't heard from her.

I followed up with her office, who said she would call me back in 10-15 mins. I waited almost an hour but still didn't hear from her.

I followed up with another call to ask about the delay and was told that I had been referred to Alex Butterfield and he would call me.

It's the same thing every time I call. I get passed around and around and nothing meaningful ever happens unless I make it happen. Once they get your money the accountability and personal contact ends. After working with them (well, trying to work with them) as if no one is in charge of anything in particular. The employees lob the clients all over the place like a tennis game with no court, no rules and no scorekeeper.

I have had a lot of my time wasted and endured a lot of unnecessary stress only to accomplish none of the protections I was told I'd receive.

I feel like I'm in Gen Z hell when I call their offices to try to get some of the service and follow through I'd paid for. I got so fed up that I asked for a refund and was denied!!!

If you like saying the same thing to different people over and over again, you'll love this company. But if you're more like me and you prefer professionalism, accountability, and results-oriented client service environment... look elsewhere. This isn't much more than a YouTube sales funnel with shiny, experienced attorneys in front of the camera and dimwits with very little professional, client-focused business experience on the back end.

The Tax Wise "class" was very worthwhile attending. It was an overall summary of the most common and some not-so-common new or changed tax laws brought about by the Big Beautiful Bill of 2025. Participating in this forum taught me things I wasn't aware of that I can put into practice immediately to lower my tax bill. And that's the point of being informed, right? Lower taxes! Yay!

Anderson has an awesome team. Special shout out to Debbie who helped us with our Solo 401 pension plan, Kori explaining the Platinum Knowledge portal and Carlye who helped us Trusts and other entities. This amazing team is second to known. Highly recommend using Anderson and their team for all your business structure and legal concerns.

Ron and Ghassan were very professional and direct with their answers ...the answers helped me understand the C-Corp formation and tax obligations for my new business

What a disappointment, it been over a month and my LLC and C-Corp are not setup. We have sent multiple emails requesting the status of our entities yet they not not completed. You would be better off using ChaptGPT and do them yourself. I can tell you first hand the entire process could be done in under 1 hour including getting all the EIN numbers.

Not enough value for the price.

Rachel was very nice and professional, but the overall experience with Anderson Advisors was extremely disappointing. The package description for their Smart Tax Advisor service is extremely misleading. It sounds like you’re getting real guidance and hands-on support, but once you sign up you find out most of what you actually need costs extra. The pricing feels like a trap designed to upsell you into spending far more than you planned. I walked away feeling ripped off, because I didn’t get help with what I actually needed. Proceed with caution.

As a new client, my first time attending their structure implementation workshop in Las Vegas. Took so many notes that it will take days to process. However, I am now empowered to think more strategically on what needs to be protected and how. More importantly and as a veteran, I am convinced that Anderson will serve as a trusted partner in my business. Abe
