After initially feeling apprehensive about talking to a PI (it does feel a bit alien to most of us), I very quickly felt relaxed and confident that I was talking to the right person. I was offered a couple of different options to get to the end result I was hoping for. I never felt under any pressure and was left to consider my options.
Once I had engaged Anderson Co it was a very quick and surprisingly detailed response. I received a report that gave me what I needed and a great deal more besides. It was detailed, legitimate and most importantly accurate and verified. The follow up queries were also dealt with very quickly and in detail.
I can not recommend highly enough so if your pondering using these guys, just jump in. You might be surprised at what you can learn.

I used Dan and his investigations team to help me with finding a relative. We had to deliver news of a death and pass on what she was bequeathed. Unfortunately, it has been many years since we were in touch and I didn’t have much information to pass over and any details I did have were 40-plus years out of date!

I spoke with Dan and his tracing experts and within 3 days they had found her married name, address and phone number. It had been more than 40 years, but as soon as I heard her voice, I knew we had the right person.

After losing nearly 12K to a fraudster who duped me into investing a large sum of money into cryptocurrency, I thought I had lost it all.
When I initially spoke to Dan I was a little dubious. Well, I had just been taken for more than 10K so my trust levels were not at their highest. But Dan was clearly knowledgeable about such things which did offer me some assurance. I passed over the details of my case and waited (nervously).
4 Days later Dan called me and sent me a report that identified the person, their address, and their phone number. I called her up and she was in a state of shock and started to make excuses that the money would be paid back. I have spoken to Dan and gained further advice, which I will follow.
Thank you for a great service and for giving an old man and his wife faith that there are genuine helpful people still in the world.

Dan was really supportive and understanding when I got in touch after realising I was being stalked. He completed a back ground check for me but when I was sent the pdf I was unable to access it. Dan then took a video of him scrolling through tthe report which I was unable to read as I can't process information in that format. I told him I need to be able to print it out and read. He then sent me screen shots which woukd have been ok but 44 pages on a small screen meant after a few pages I had a headache and the text was just too small. I asked Dan to post the report to me. I got in contact after not receiving it in the post. Dan then was extremely rude to me and said he was not going to continue and blocked me on wattsap and telegram. So I know have 2 pdfs I can't access and no report. Massively unprofessional and so disappointed I put my trust in Dan. Maybe the post is really slow from Bangkok? But no excuse to treat people like that Dan.

I can't seem to reply to Dans response so updating in here that there are a lot of lies in your response Dan. Oh and I put Bangkok as that's where you told me you were. The report was done in less than a day but getting the report was a different matter. I couldn't open the pdf you sent and your code did not work. So you claiming I was happy with the report is nonsense as I couldn't access it for weeks. I still have not received the one you claimed to have sent in the post. I don't believe you did send it. There are not hundreds of positive reviews. In fact I went to put a review on your Facebook and was unable. If you had delivered on the service you convinced me you could on the phone then I wouldn't be leaving a negative review. This company and this man is not to be trusted. He will gain your trust to get your money then deliver less than satisfactory results. I think the mentality of blocking someone who has paid you for a service rather than resolving the issue professionally says everything you need to know about Dan. Wasted my time and my money. I was massively vulnerable and he took full advantage.

As for something being wrong with me Dan or strange? Defamation of someone's character is exactly what guilty people do when they are guilty of everything they have been accused of. Another example of your unprofessionalism. I've noticed you have done this on other negative reviews left. Perhaps just be decent to begin with.

Dan 4 times you have edited your response to me now. I guess trying make me look bad is pretty important to you say I'm going to leave you to it. Massively unprofessional on and off here. I have better things to do with my time so enjoy. Edit away.

Concerned I got in touch with the Association of British investigators and they have informed that Dan and his company are not registered with them. They are the only professional body In the industry that works with the law society England and Wales and along side the government to try and regulate private investigators. Feel free to get in touch with them to verify Dan Anderson and his company before you proceed. I wish I had done this at the start. Where are your ethics and standards Dan? Professional company! 😂
